Trust Miley Cyrus, she doesn’t want to be in the hospital either. But, after landing there on Tuesday due to a that forced her to postpone a show in Kansas City, the singer broke the news to fans on Wednesday morning (April 16) that she’s down for another day.
“The hospital is sayin’ I won’t b released today,” Miley said, noting that the extra bed rest means she will miss a scheduled gig tonight at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis.
It’s unclear if her latest health set-back will force the postponement of Friday night’s show at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, but Miley is clearly sick of being sick.
Miley first started feeling under the weather last week, when she had to pull out of a Charlotte, North Carolina, show because she was in “excruciating pain.” It was later revealed that she had the flu.
She felt bad about the St. Louis show and tweeted that she wanted to be the first to tell fans the bad news before they hit the road for the gig.
The singer seems to be going a bit stir-crazy in her bed, complaining about the hospital TV being “wacccckkkkkkk!!!!!” and longing for her AppleTV.
