We all love fall — some would even say we’re falling for it — but there’s no denying that some of us just love it more. Some of us just love it better. (Not pumpkin murderer Shailene Woodley. That’s just malicious.)

A great way to prove your gourd allegiance is with a pumpkin tattoo. These 17 people figured it out. Observe.

1. This pumpkin tattoo is just happy to be invited.

2. This tat is so cute you could just eat it up.

‘August: Osage County’ Actress Misty Upham Found Dead After Disappearing For 12 Days

by 1 min ago

The body of actress Misty Upham was found in a Seattle ravine on Thursday afternoon, a family spokesperson confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter. The “August: Osage County” and “Frozen River” actress had been missing since October 5.

Upham’s uncle, who was in the family’s search party, found the body, and her father, Charles Upham, identified it for police. Charles Upham had said his daughter had bipolar disorder and feared she may have been suicidal. But after viewing the body, the family didn’t think Upham took her own life.

According to Seattle-based filmmaker Tracy Rector, Upham’s family had been searching for three days and blamed the Auburn Police Department for not assisting in the search.

“First and foremost,” Rector, who was also part of the search told THR, “the family wants everyone to know that the Auburn police did not help with this situation at all. They refused to help. When she disappeared on October 5, the family knew something was seriously wrong — it was out of character for her to be gone so long without being in touch — and they repeatedly went to the police, who insisted there was no cause for concern.”

The King County Coroner’s Office will address the media about the case on Friday.

Upham played Johnna Monevata in “August” and Lila Littlewolf in “Frozen River.” She also had parts in “The Dry Land,” “Django Unchained,” TV series “Big Love” and “Cake.” She was currently filming a thriller called “Crawlspace.”

After news of Upham’s death spread, ...

The Artwork For ‘Peter Pan Live!’ Will Have You Over The Moon

by 46 mins ago

Score another one for “Peter Pan Live!” Today, (October 16), NBC released the artwork for the holiday musical, and it perfectly sets the scene in Neverland.

peterpanposter

The vibrant poster features Christopher Walken’s Captain Hook in full pirate regalia with his signature hook glimmering like the North Star.

Allison Williams’ Peter Pan is mid-flight in front of a full moon, pixie dust trailing from the magic wand.

To achieve Pan’s gift of flight, Williams, who has been rehearsing for the role “for a really long time,” had to complete flying lessons back in August.

“Flying through the air is about as fun as you can imagine,” the “Girls” actress told PEOPLE. “The harness mechanism becomes uncomfortable really quickly, but that first moment when you are lifted off the ground is just utter bliss. It’s a shame we were not built to be airborne.”

“Peter Pan Live!” will air on NBC on December 4.

Watch Rosario Dawson Ask Chris Rock The Tough Questions In The First ‘Top Five’ Trailer

by 13 mins ago

In the first trailer for his semi-autobiographical film “Top Five,” Chris Rock plays a washed up comedian trying to find out why he’s not funny anymore. Rock’s character, Andre Allen, makes it big doing standup, then he goes on to blockbuster movie superstardom playing the somewhat embarrassing role of “Hammy The Bear.”

“You got Hammy Time,” Rock says while wearing a cheap bear suit as he’s shooting off bullets like a furry Rambo. “It’s Hammy Time!”

Rosario Dawson‘s character Chelsea Brown is a reporter trying to get the real story about Andre’s life and find out why his ability to be funny seems to have faded. Brown tells Allen that times are changing and he “should wake up and smell the progress.”

“Hey, look at this, black man trying to get a cab in New York City,” he jokingly attempts—before a taxi stops on a dime after he hails it. And is that a romance budding between Andre and Chelsea despite his engagement?

But the film, which was executively produced by Kanye West and Jay Z, will likely spark much debate about the top five rappers on Rock’s list.

“My Top Five is Jay, Nas, Scarface, Rakim, then I might let Biggie get in there,” he said. “My sixth is LL Cool J—before the show!”

Ironically, the trailer features “Paris” from Jay and Kanye’s joint album Watch The Throne and the brand new single “i” from Kendrick Lamar—but neither Kendrick or Ye even made it ...

Don’t Worry, Bobby Shmurda’s Momager Is Handling Her Son’s Shmoney Problems

by 6 mins ago

Bobby Shmurda’s mother and manager, Leslie Pollard, wants to clarify her son’s rant about not getting his “Shmoney” to do shows: it was “impulse talking.”

“It’s not that he’s not getting paid, it’s that he’s new to the business,” she told Billboard. “There’s a chain of command that he has to go through before he gets his payment. I guess he’s thinking all the money should go from the front man to his hands—it doesn’t work like that. Of course they hold onto it so he actually does the show. Then it goes to his business manager, then to the touring accountant and then to him.”

Shmurda, who’s omnipresent single, “Hot N—a,” just entered the Billboard Hot 100’s Top 10, took to Instagram Tuesday (October 14) to air out promoters for not ponying up the funds for his performances, but deleted the post shortly thereafter.

Unfortunately for the 20-year old rapper, nothing is ever truly deleted on the Internet. The rant and accompanying NSFW monologue was posted to YouTube for all to see, and you can watch it above to hear his complaints.

Pollard, a rookie herself with only two months of managing the Brooklyn rapper under her belt, asserts that the issue has since been resolved.

The Brooklyn MC’s EP, Shmurda She Wrote, drops on November 10.

Iggy Azalea Landed A New Maxim Cover, But She’s Not Happy About It

by 29 mins ago

Iggy Azalea is a woman who is not afraid to speak her mind, and the Australian rapper has had whole heaps of gossip and haters to address this year alone. From her most recent tiff with Snoop Dogg to a supposed sex tape and even marriage rumors, the “Fancy” singer has taken on a lot of negativity in stride after her quick rise to fame.

But her latest bone to pick is with Maxim Australia and her Australia label, who apparently authorized the recycling of an old 2011 Complex magazine cover shoot. The label gave the go-ahead to release the photos, but today (October 16), Iggy took to Twitter to publicly put them on blast for not honoring her wishes:

You can see the Maxim Australia cover here—the magazine put her on the cover because they slated her as number one on their annual Hot 100 list. And while she appreciated the love, Iggy seemed to think that a cover deserved an actual, y’know, cover story and original photo shoot.

Do you agree with Iggy’s take on the situation? It seems reasonable that she be consulted on the use of her image, right? Let us know your thoughts in the comments. In the meantime, we’ll let Cher Horowitz speak on it:

Chance The Rapper Gets Angsty On ‘No Better Blues’

by 16 mins ago

Twitter’s done a lot to help advance Chance the Rapper‘s rap career, so he returned the favor by dropping his new song, “No Better Blues,” on the social media platform’s new venture, Twitter Audio Card.

The Acid Rap MC’s band, The Social Experiment, co-produced the track, which provides a jazzy soundscape for the Chicago rapper to list all the things he hates.

“I hate the car, I hate the bus, I hate the road/I hate the bar, I hate to drink, I hate to smoke/I hate a stranger, I hate his boss, I hate his friend/I hate the womb, I needed room, I ate my twin,” he raps in his laid back flow.

Thankfully, the hook, “It just don’t get no better,” is misleading because the song is currently No.2 on the Billboard100 Charts.

He can’t hate that, right?

Miley Cyrus Is Over Twerking, Trying To Make The Nae Nae Happen

by 3 mins ago

It’s pretty much impossible to think of twerking anymore without thinking of Miley Cyrus. Her 2013 VMA performance seared the dance into our brain, and sparked so much attention, that apparently, Miley is soooo over twerking. But don’t worry, she’s already set her sights on a new dance craze.

While the pop star was in Australia today (October 16) performing on the morning show “Sunrise,” she publicly disowned twerking as old news and taught the broadcasters her new favorite pasttime: the Nae Nae. The move is referenced by Atlanta’s We Are Toonz in their song and video “Drop That NaeNae” that came out quite a few months ago—you can watch it below for a refresher:

According to Cyrus, she saw her dancers doing the move and immediately demanded they teach her.

“My dancers—the LA Bakers—they taught it to me, they just started doing it and I was like ‘what is that?’” Miley said. “So then I started doing it which is kind of what happened with the twerking too. I keep trying to start it at all my shows and no one is really doing it back at me.”

Well, after this, we can probably expect her fans to catch on to the Atlanta move just like they did with twerking. Watch Miley drop that Nae Nae below:

This Footage Of Taylor Swift’s 1989 Secret Sessions Will Fill You With Unbearable Jealousy

by 56 mins ago

Taylor Swift has never been one to do things in a conventional manner, so it’s no surprise that the roll-out for her first major pop album, 1989, has been unusual.

For one thing, she’s been holding listening parties all over the country and inviting fans to come eat cookies, hang out, and listen to the entire album way before it even comes out. Obviously, most of the fans *died* of happiness at this incredible opportunity.

But for those of us who didn’t get the chance to munch on a cookie, pet Olivia Benson and hear “Out Of The Woods” with Taylor lip-syncing along, we now get a closer look than just the polaroids at how the sessions actually played out.

If you thought you were jealous before, this behind-the-scenes clip is going to stoke those flames even higher. But you can’t look away can you?

Oh, did you just start the video over for the third time to watch her sneak out into the backyard? Yeah, me too. Sigh. Maybe we’ll get an invite next album cycle.

Big Sean Calls His Collaboration With Eminem ‘A Detroit Classic’

by 1 hour ago

Big Sean is always reppin’ Detroit, so it was only a matter of time before he solidified a collaboration with the Motor City’s favorite son, Eminem.

“Yes, you can expect a little somethin’ somethin’ sooner or later,” Sean told Detroit’s 97.1 The Ticket recently about a recent photo of him with the Shady one.

When the picture of the duo surfaced last year, the Hall of Fame rapper told MTV News that their collaboration “gotta be a Detroit classic.”

“Being in the studio, I just remembered when my mom bought me his [first] album from Costco or something a long-ass time ago, so you could just imagine going from that moment — being a lil-ass boy — then fast forwarding 20 years later and being in the studio with him,” he said. “We talked for a few hours before we even worked on music. I was telling him my stories about how we were performing all around downtown Detroit and [it turned out that] he was performing in the same places.”

While expectations for the track are high, the “I Don’t F–k With You” MC is more than confident that the collabo will be one for the history books.

“Shout out to Eminem,” he said. “Shout out to Kid Rock. Shout out to everybody in Detroit putting on for the city and giving back to the city. I’ma keep reppin’, keep supporting.”

Hmmmm, was that just a simple shout out to the Rebel Soul singer or a ...
