MANCHESTER, Tennessee — Noobs heading to their first Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival this weekend are no doubt excited — and probably feeling a bit overwhelmed — as 80,000 music fans converge on a 700-acre farm in Tennessee to consume a buffet of 150 bands on 10 stages.

Preparing to thrive — not just survive — during four long days of partying is an art. Have no fear, though: I’ve spent the past 10 years doing the dirty field research to become a pro. (Tough job, I know.)

There’s plenty of information out there on how to stay safe and what to pack. Yet, some lessons can only be learned through experience. After a decade as a festy, here are my pro tips:

Gear Up
1. Research the artists: Use every spare minute to look up the acts you haven’t yet heard. It takes me an average of two songs to decide whether I’m feeling an artist enough to make their show a priority. Remember, there are about 150 acts: Taking notes will help jog your memory.

2. Do Inventory On Your Tent: If your tent is new, you can skip this step. If your tent hasn’t seen the light of day since last festival season, ensure you’re heading to Tennessee with a complete setup by counting your polls, inspecting the stakes and checking for the rainfly.

3. Give Your Ride A Once-Over: Check the oil, tire pressure (remember the spare) and coolant. Bring an extra set ...

Well, that certainly felt like a TKO.

On Tuesday night’s season finale of “Faking It,” the shots and jabs wouldn’t stop coming. Amy‘s tearful confession of her feelings for Karma? Sucker punch. Karma quietly explaining that she slept with Liam? Right hook. Liam’s face when he learned of Karma’s elaborate deception? Left hook. A very drunk and distraught Amy getting busy with an equally drunk and distraught Liam? Below the belt.

What will the last few moments of the episode mean for Season 2 of the show? One thing is for certain: Karma will find out about Liam and Amy’s hookup. And that ain’t good.

Given everything that went down, do you think Karma should bury the hatchet with her bestie? And should she still pursue a relationship with Liam now that he’s done the dirty with Amy? Sound off!

“The summer’s ours,” Drake rapped on “Light Up,” off of his 2010 debut. Alongside Lil Wayne, Drizzy plans to make good on that promise starting in August, when the two Young Money rappers embark on their 31-city Drake Vs. Lil Wayne Tour.

Kicking off in New York at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, the tour runs through late September. There will be stops in Texas, Washington, Virginia and many more.

There’s still no release date for the Tha Carter V, but it feels like a safe bet that the highly-anticipated album will drop before the tour begins on August 8.

Drake Vs. Lil Wayne? No losers here.

Ever wondered how you can legally drive a car with a child on board into a giant penguin at top speed? You can’t, actually, as “Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa .5” star Johnny Knoxville revealed when he sat down with the target of his latest prank during this exclusive clip from MTV’s Mancation Sunday.

In the movie, Knoxville, in the guise of cantankerous old person Irving Zisman, drives his car into a giant promotional penguin with his grandson (Jackson Nicoll) in the passenger seat. Turns out, though: that was a dummy, as Nicoll wasn’t allowed to participate in any of the stunts for legal reasons.

This is revealed as Knoxville sits down the target of the prank, who actually picked the dummy out of the car and threw it at Knoxville — a scene that hasn’t, for obvious reasons, been glimpsed until just now.

“I thought you were a f**king perverted old man,” the target told Knoxville. “I thought you had kids locked up somewhere.”

Drake dropped his new summer jam “0 to 100/The Catch Up” right before he hit the stage at Summer Jam earlier this month, and it’s clear that other artists took notice. In the days that elapsed since the track’s been out, rappers such as Vado and Joell Ortiz have dropped freestyles over Boi-1da’s hypnotic beat, and it looks like Meek Mill is still gearing up to release his own version. Listen to all of the “0 to 100″ freestyles that have been released thus far — did anyone outdo Drizzy? Judge for yourself.

50 Cent and G-Unit
The G-Unit reunion is in full swing, and 50 Cent and his crew were the first to unleash their version of “0 to 100,” titled “Real Quick.” “You got me f–ked up you think it’s different now a n—a rich/ ‘Fore I get to cuttin’, all you n—as better cut the sh–,” 50 opens the track.

SBOE
Slowbucks and 50 Cent are definitely on the outs, especially after that whole chain-snatching incident and the press conference that followed. So, Slow’s crew used Drake’s beat to throw a few shots in G-unit’s direction, calling it “0-300 Real Sh–.”

Lil Mouse
The Chicago rapper gets a huge look on the original when Drake spits, “F–k all that ‘Drake you gotta chill’ sh–/ I be on my Lil Mouse drill sh–,” so naturally he released his own version. And, of course, he begins the beat ...
