Amanda Bynes straight up LIED when she accused an NYPD officer  of “slapping”  her vagina during last week’s bong arrest … this according to  cops. After Bynes made the allegation on Twitter this weekend, the NYPD  says it launched  an internal investigation to see if there was any truth to Amanda’s  claim. But NYPD Deputy Commissioner Paul J. Browne tells TMZ …  “Investigators have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes’s  allegations.” “To the contrary,” Browne says … “a credible civilian  witness who was with the officers throughout told investigators that none  touched Ms. Bynes inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any  time.” Bynes has vowed to sue  the NYPD over the arrest — claiming they lied about finding drugs  and illegally entered her apartment. ...

Lindsay Lohan has just been sued for $5 million she doesn’t  have … all because of her highly-publicized drug problems, TMZ has  learned. D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries — a clothing manufacturer — just  filed the countersuit against Lindsay in response to Lindsay’s  lawsuit against the company. In her lawsuit, Lindsay says  she struck a business deal with D.N.A.M. in 2009 allowing them to manufacture  clothes for her “6126” clothing line — but D.N.A.M. stiffed her on a massive  licensing fee. Lindsay wants $1.1 million in damages. But D.N.A.M. is now  coming back at Lindsay for nearly five times that amount, insisting SHE’S the  reason their business deal fell apart. According to D.N.A.M., the company  did its darndest to sell their 6126 clothes to high-end third party retailers —  but by spring 2010, no one would touch the brand … because Lindsay was back in  rehab … and her legal problems were playing out in the media “like a Greek  tragedy.” D.N.A.M. claims Lindsay’s “drug-addled image” destroyed 6126’s  reputation, and rendered the... ...

Multiple reports have a big shakeup coming to “AMERICAN IDOL” for Season  13. THE WRAP.COM reports judges RANDY JACKSON, MARIAH CAREY,  NICKI MINAJ and KEITH URBAN will all be gone for next season. “All four are  gone,” an insider told THEWRAP. “They feel they’ve lost their core audience and  they want it back.” Exec. Producer NIGEL LYTHGOE will also reportedly get the boot. The reported changes also includes getting rid of dated themed-nights in an  effort to attract a younger audience. Lauryn Hill has been sentenced to spend 3 months in FEDERAL  PRISON for tax evasion … even though she claims she paid off her nearly $1  million bill to Uncle Sam before sentencing. A judge in Newark, New  Jersey dished out the sentence moments ago … and told Hill that after she  completes her stint behind bars, she’ll spend 3 more months on house arrest …  followed by 9 months of supervised release. Before the hearing, Hill’s  attorney told the media the singer scraped together more than $970,000 to repay  her debt to the government. The 37-year-old former Fugee pled guilty last year to three counts of tax evasion for failing to file returns on $1.8 million she earned from 2005 to 2007. Lauryn’s attorney asked for mercy because of her charity work and 6 kids … but the judge wasn’t buying it. During the hearing, the judge ordered  Hill to report to prison by July 8. Chris Kelly from the 90′s hip-hop group Kris Kross has been found dead at the age of 34. He was discovered unresponsive at his home; an autopsy is scheduled for today but it’s being said that it looks like Chris died of a lethal overdose of cocaine and possibly heroin. Kelly, also known as “Mac Daddy,” will always be remembered for his 1992 hit “Jump! Jump!” RIP! ...

Prince Jackson was fully armed yesterday during a brief  standoff with the LAPD …  wearing a revealing bright green Euro-trash muscle tee that completely exposed  his boyish pythons.
