‘Glee’ 100th Episode To Reunite Old Friends: Find Out Who Will Come Back

Gleeks might want to set their DVRs for Tuesday, March 18, 2014. That’s the night the 100th episode of the hit Fox series will air, and show creator Ryan Murphy has invited the entire original cast to make an appearance.

“ALL The Glee Originals received invites today to be in our 100th episode! More to follow,” Murphy shared before revealing that several castmembers have already agreed to appear in the episode.

Harry Shum Jr. (who played Mike), Amber Riley (who recently won “Dancing With the Stars” and played Mercedes) and Mark Salling (who played Puck and appeared in the Cory Monteith tribute episode) will all be in the episode.

No word on whether fan favorites Dianna Agron or Heather Morris have accepted Murphy’s invitation.

In addition to seeing some familiar faces, fans got the chance to pick the tunes that will be featured in the episode. The campaign, billed as “Glee 100th Gleeks Choice: You Vote. We Remix,” closed out Tuesday (December 3). Now it’s only a matter of time before fans get to hear which songs made the final cut. The tracks in the running included “Bad Romance,” “Forget You,” “Like a Prayer” and “Toxic.”

Well before the show moves to Tuesday nights in 2014, this week’s episode will be Christmas-themed. The episode, titled “Previously Unaired Christmas” (a nod to the fact that the show didn’t have a holiday episode last season), will serve as the winter finale. The show will be back with its spring premiere on February 25.
