Justin Bieber is really giving his fans a behind-the-scenes look at his life in his upcoming concert flick/documentary, In a new sneak peek from the Christmas Day release, some of Bieber’s inner crew offer the 19-year-old some sage advice.

The preview features cameos from his dad, Jeremy Bieber, and little siblings, Jazmyn and Jaxon, as well as his mom, Pattie Mallette, who has a typical motherly message for her superstar son. “Justin, I’m so proud of you, and you are turning into an amazing young man,” she says, as Bieber’s duet with Carly Rae Jepsen, “Beautiful,” plays in the background.

Other folks who make appearances in the clip include onetime Bieber swagger coach, Ryan Good, who tells his former mentee, “My advice is just to always just try to be the best person you can be. Stop worrying about being the voice of a generation.”

Manager Scooter Braun reveals what he wants most for the teen star. “I just hope he ends up being a happy, kind, content person.”

But perhaps it is mentor Usher who has the most grounding advice for the singer, who has faced criticism and growing pains with the entire world watching. “When I first met you, I told you, you can have all of this, if you believe in it,” he says in the clip. “And now it’s happened. Don’t f— it up.”

In a previously released clip from the Jon Chu-directed flick, Bieber opened up about the pressures of fame. “You always gotta keep a smile on your face. Through all the negativity … you’ve gotta hide your emotions sometimes, especially for me going onstage,” he shares in the film. He adds that even if he’s feeling down before a show, “sometimes you just gotta suck it up. That’s just one of the things you have to deal with being in this position in this world, in this industry.”
