Miley Cyrus has been banned from taking the stage in the Dominican Republic, because she “undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law,”a government agency said. Those acts would be twerking and crotch-grabbing. Her VMA performance from last year definitely would not fly there.
