The ‘Faking It’ Cast Mixed Dressy And Dressed Down At The VMAs

It’s no secret that we are obsessed with Faking It. We are counting down the days until it returns into our lives, TBH. (Psst, it comes back on September 23.) The three leading ladies and two main dudes hit the 2014 VMA red carpet, each showing off their personal styles. Karmy, whether intentional or not, totally matched. Now we’re even more excited for the new season, K?

RITA VOLK IN FOR LOVE AND LEMONS

Rita nailed it in a white crotched dress from For Love And Lemons. The nude sheer sleeves and skirt were sheer enough that it looked like she was totally just wearing a tiny white dress. And some cuffs. Even still, she wouldn’t have been the nudest person on the carpet.

KATIE STEVENS IN ALEXIS

Katie Stevens was equally as into white lace, though she opted to straight-up show off her underwear. Her dress from Alexis was all about showing off skin and, LBR, we were into it. We were also very into her ponytail, which showed off just how backless her dress was.

BAILEY BUNTAIN IN GUSTAVO CADILE

Bailey Buntain broke up the lace theme with a bright red Gustavo Cadile gown. She isn’t involved in Karmy’s relationship, after all. Of course she would dress differently, right?

MICHAEL WILLETT IN ALLSAINTS

Mr. Michael Willett went fairly casual on the carpet, due to the “toasty” weather. He wore an AllSaints tank and brown, high-waisted Darko pants. While he posed very professionally with a leather jacket, we never saw it actually touch his body, which leads us to believe it was merely accessory. We’re not mad at that, by the way.

GREGG SULKIN

Gregg Sulkin went a little more formal than his fellow male co-stars, wearing a shiny blue suit jacket with black pants. Strong ankle game, Gregg. We’re feeling it.

The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards are a wrap! Stick with us for the most talked-about moments, red carpet photos, the VMA winners list and more.
