Perry has just been announced as a performer at this year’s show — set for November 10 in Amsterdam — where she’ll take the stage to play the new single off her upcoming Prism album. And it’s bound to be a memorable moment: After all, last month, Katy told members of the the media that “Unconditionally” was her “favorite track” on the album.

Of course, the EMA are nothing new to Perry. She served as host in 2008 and 2009, and has performed three times. But the same cannot be said about the other big name announced for this year’s show: Legendary newscaster Ron Burgundy, who will bring his unique reporting style (and salon-quality hair) to Amsterdam, providing updates throughout the show.
