Paul Rudd might be getting some serious super powers when he plays Ant-Man come 2015, but, Tuesday night, he revealed a whole new set of skills: lip-syncing like a boss.
Yup, Rudd faced off against Jimmy Fallon in one of “The Tonight Show” host’s epic fake-singing battles and it’s safe to say he dominated.
Rudd started things off with a stirring rendition of Tina Turner’s “Better Be Good To Me,” and Fallon followed up with Foreigner’s “Jukebox Hero.” Impressed by his adversary’s skill, Rudd conceded, “You’re not messing around,” before busting out with Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now.”
The song proved to be apropos, as nothing could, indeed, stop Rudd. “I concede! I concede!” yelled Fallon, after Rudd executed some high kicks that would put the Rockettes to shame and undulated his hips in a manner that would make Shakira herself blush.
Mr. Fahrenheit indeed.
