The Muppets are one of the rare things that are pretty much always funny, even when the jokes are purposefully lame. It’s why Kermit, Miss Piggy and the rest of the gang manage to pull off comebacks every few years or so.
But it’s also worth mentioning that the gang of felt performers is also great at interviews. MTV News spent the day with some of the stars of “Muppets Most Wanted,” the group’s latest caper, and some hilarity ensued.
First, Miss Piggy had a small misunderstanding about casting the next Bond movie.
Then, speaking with Ricky Gervais and famous thief/Kermit lookalike Constantine, the two recalled what it was like filming their bad guy dance numbers. And you can just tell that the creator of “The Office” is excited to be sitting next to a Muppet.
