Kristen Bell did not fail to impress in her third go as host of the CMT Music Awards. Laughs were delivered in her opening monologue, calling out the biggest men in country for their “belt buckles and moose knuckles,” but we just about fell off our chairs when Bell walked out in full-country drag.
After honoring country music legend Alan Jackson with the first-ever CMT Impact Award, she donned Jackson’s signature blond ‘stache and cowboy hat.

The legendary country crooner wasn’t only honored with Bell’s antics. Kasey Musgraves and Lee Ann Womack took the stage to perform a version of Jackson’s 1980′s hit “Livin’ On Love.”
