Congratulations are in order for Ashlee Simpson — the singer and actress married Evan Ross in an intimate ceremony at his mother Diana Ross’ Connecticut estate on Sunday (August 31).
According to People, Simpson, 29, married Ross, 26, in the company of family and friends like her sister, Jessica, and her 5-year-old son with Pete Wentz, Bronx. Proud papa Joe Simpson also confirmed the nuptials in an Instagam post later in the evening.
“Ashlee got married tonight,” he wrote.
The happy couple were first spotted together in the summer of 2013, and they confirmed their engagement in January on Twitter.
