Lady Gaga helped her “incredible friend” Jay propose to his boyfriend Shawn during the Manchester stop of her artRave: The ARTPOP Ball Tour, which wraps up next month. Mother Monster led them onstage, introducing them to her fans and taking a step back as Jay got down on one knee to ask for his love’s hand in marriage. He said “yes.”

Not sure who was more excited — the couple or Gaga, since she ran over to them to give them a huge hug and then serenaded them with her hit “Born This Way.” But before she broke out into song, she took her spot behind the piano to address the crowd.

“My record label, a long time ago, they told me that my show is ‘too gay’ and I was ‘too gay’ or this was ‘too gay,’” she said. “I told them, ‘Well it’s a great thing that there are gay people all over the world!’ Real human beings with real dreams and real stories and you deserve to love and express your love the same as everybody around the world.”

She continued, addressing the happy couple, “I wish you a beautiful love and happy marriage.”

You guys have been voting nonstop (like, seriously, nonstop — you’ve logged 20 million votes), and now it’s down to four: two finalists each in the respective men’s and women’s battles.

Coming on the heels of her brand-new single, “Baby Don’t Lie,” the No Doubt frontwoman teased us with another song, “Spark The Fire,” and it’s seriously hot.

Gwen stopped by AMP radio to catch up with “The Voice” host Carson Daly, and gave fans a sneak peek of the song, which has the singer going back to her roots.

Gwen starts off the song with a slow-tempo sound, before asking, “Are you guys ready?” From there, the song erupts into an explosive beat. “Who got the lighter?/ Let’s spark the fire,” she sings before showing off some rap skills.

The song was produced by fellow “Voice” mentor and longtime collaborator Pharrell, who also worked on two other songs with Gwen, “Woah” and “Heart Shape.” Yet, as Gwen explained, finishing this song wasn’t so easy; their schedules were pulling them in several different directions.

“He’s like, ‘I’ve got to play you this. I have to play you this,’” she said of the track’s formation. “And so he plays me this song, and it’s like magic. All it was was a beat and he was singing this melody on top and I just knew, that’s it. That night, after shooting all day, we went in the studio all night long, stayed up till 4 in the morning, came back, got on set and then didn’t finish.”

Even though Ashton Irwin is on the mend from appendicitis and the rest of the guys of 5SOS are enjoying some well-deserved time off, they still found time to give us new music and, for that, we’re so grateful.

Five Seconds of Summer released a teaser for their brand-new song “Just Saying” on Instagram on Tuesday (October 21), and we’re already gushing — even if it’s only 15 seconds.

“Just Saying” will featured on the Good Girls EP, which drops next month (November 17). The an uptempo, guitar-driven pop/rock track features 5SOS trying to convince a girl to leave her guy.

“You should leave him because it really makes me sick/ Just saying, just saying/ You don’t need him,” they sing.

The 5SOS Fam of course immediately freaked out over the snippet; some even experienced trouble breathing.

While other fans are having a hard time coping with the fact that they have to wait another month for the full release.

And some have already declared it their new favorite song.

The Good Girls EP features four songs, including the title track and a live performance of “Just Saying” and an acoustic version of “Long Way Home,” a song off their debut album.

I don’t know about you, but we’re still pretty sad that Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo broke up, but like Jordin said, we’re trying to look on the bright side:

Now it looks like we may find out exactly what caused the cute couple to split when Jason releases new music. And while it sounds like the “Talk Dirty” singer is going all Taylor Swift on us, unlike Taylor, we’ll know exactly who the song is about.

“Oh, 100 percent,” he said when Billboard asked whether he would write songs about his relationship with Sparks.

“I’m somebody who cannot keep those two things separate,” he added. “Like, I have to put it on paper, put it on wax, put it in my songs. I cannot separate the two. My creativity, my personality won’t allow me to separate the two. If that’s what’s going on in my life, that’s in the songs I make as well. It’s definitely a piece of that.”

Jason isn’t the only one that’s been in the studio. His ex been tweeting that she’s back to making music, so there’s a possibility Sparks is also channeling the recent breakup for inspiration.

Jason, who described his mood as “next-level motivated,” won’t be taking any time off following his Talk Dirty Tour. The pop star said he’s been “good” since he and Jordin “amicably” parted after three years of dating.
