Meet Claire Leeson, a British woman who has dropped approximately £20,000 (just under $35,000) to look just like her idol, Kim Kardashian. Suddenly, I don’t feel so bad about blowing $24 on a veggie burger and fries from that pricey #artisanal place around the corner last night.

The U.K.’s Metro reports that the 24-year-old elected to undergo a series of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic enhancements — like breast implants, tooth whitening, hair extensions, spray tans, a new wardrobe, new nails, upscale makeup, and some very British-sounding “bum padding” — because bullying had damaged her self-esteem.

“I was told every day [at school] that I was the ‘ugliest thing alive’ and I should ‘kill myself,’” BuzzFeed quotes Leeson as saying.

How does Claire feel now? “When I get my Kimmy on I feel like I’m unstoppable and untouchable and I feel like no one can stop me,” she told ITV’s “This Morning” on July 14. “I feel that I have built enough confidence to love myself a little bit more.”

That’s obviously great that she feels she’s been able to build up her self-confidence, but I kinda wish she’d been able to do it in a way that didn’t leave her “up to [her] eyeballs” in credit card debt? There was quite the interesting patient recently on E!’s new show “Botched” — and no, I’m not talking about the woman with the “misplaced vagina.” One Toby Sheldon paid a visit to the plastic surgery-centric reality series on Sunday’s episode and he brought his obsession with looking just like Justin Bieber with him.

In case Toby sounds familiar, that’s because he made the digital rounds back in 2013. The aspiring singer/songwriter’s £18,000 (roughly $30,000) Bieber-inspired “smile surgery” (an operation that permanently raised the corners of his mouth) caught the attention of The Sun, and the story went full-on viral from there. According to “Botched,” Toby has since spent over $100,000 to cosmetically enhance his facial swagginess. By his own admission, he’s had hair transplants, lip procedures, chin reductions, liposuction, and Botox injections, plus other work done on his cheeks and temples.

Toby was seeking a forehead and a jaw reduction on last night’s episode of the E! series, but the show’s resident plastic surgeons, Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif, elected not to perform the surgeries after much deliberation.

Have you ever gotten back to your house super-late at night after a long, hard, eyeball-crustifying day at school or work only to be confronted by a horde of photo-hungry paparazzi? No? Well, that’s exactly what awaited British supermodel and professional eyebrow-haver Cara Delevingne when she returned home early Tuesday morning (July 8), and she filmed the entire encounter and posted the video on Instagram.

“Watch out, someone’s gonna fall over,” Cara can be heard saying in the clip. Venting on Twitter, she added: “I got home last night after a 14 hour day at work to see around 12 paps waiting for me. I just wanted to see my bunny and go to bed.”

She later tweeted, “I need an underground batman tunnel!” Wait, does that mean that her bunny would be Robin? Please let that mean that her bunny would be Robin.

With locations in 12 states, the New York City-based company just wanted to spread peace, love, and diabetes-inducing, holiday-themed, ostrich egg-sized cupcakes across the country, but no more. This is why we can’t have nice things, America. This is why we can’t have nice things.

As a regular partaker in Crumbs cupcakes (shout-out to our monthly, cupcake-fueled birthday parties!), I feel very personally victimized by this loss. Who will I turn to next St. Patrick’s Day when all I crave is a double-fistful o’ green cupcake with an edible leprechaun hat? Where will I find a bakery that will serve me a cupcake topped with a full-size Cannoli and claim, in good conscience, that it’s still one dessert?
