It should be pretty clear by now, but a word to those out there who haven’t yet gotten the memo: Don’t mess with Jenni Farley, because she will make you pay for it.

So, what prompted the “Snooki & JWOWW” star to tweet the selfie above of her giving the middle finger? That bold gesture would be directed at online tabloid TMZ, after the website posted a photo of the mama-to-be out and about in New York City on Wednesday. Their headline: “Lil Kim Wowwing NYC With Her Baby Bump,” comparing JWOWW’s appearance to the quirky hip-hop artist’s, who is also pregnant with her first child. And it didn’t stop there.

“Lil Kim walked the streets of New York today sporting the latest in guidette style…which is an odd look for the 39-year-old rapper,” the snarky article read. They also added, “Whatever Kim has been doing, she looks years younger.”

Understandably, the story didn’t sit well with JWOWW and she promptly blasted the publication on her personal website and social media. “@TMZ for making fun of someone 8 months pregnant and her makeup! Keep sucking that d–k on the street corner,” she tweeted.

Later on, the feisty former “Jersey Shore” castie posted a follow-up statement, expressing guilt about the finger photo, but also offering a heartfelt — but stern — message:

It’s rare in the world of “Catfish,” but once in a blue moon, Internet gurus Nev Schulman and Max Joseph help to uncover a very uncommon breed of people who are (for the most part) telling the truth about their identities. On last week’s episode, we got our first taste of honesty during Season 3, when Antoinette discovered that Albert (a.k.a. Florida-based rapper T-Lights) wasn’t actually posing as someone else on Instagram. This got us thinking back to the (few) times that folks played it straight on the MTV series, and ultimately just needed a push in the right direction from our super sleuths in order to help them overcome a personal obstacle and come face-to-face with their online crushes. Let’s take a look back at some of these memorable scenarios.

Lauren and Derek: The couple communicated for eight years before Nev and Max orchestrated Lauren’s first magical meeting with Derek during Season 2. Since watching Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra make the brave decision to make an adoption plan for their daughter, Carly, on “16 and Pregnant,” the young couple has grown up and flourished before our very eyes. Like with any long-term relationship, they’ve had their ups and downs — we saw the high school sweethearts get engaged on “Teen Mom,” and then question their commitment on MTV’s recent follow-up special, “Being Catelynn” — but through it all, the pair have remained best friends, and consider each other their soulmates. Nicole Polizzi is certainly relishing her “breezy” second pregnancy (if all expecting ladies could be so lucky), and making sure to capture every moment of her burgeoning baby bump’s growth on film. The pint-sized guidette, who is having a girl this fall, is a bona fide pro when it comes to snapping selfies that showcase both her bare and clothed belly. To all of those preggers women out there — looking at you, Mila Kunis — if you want to follow in this hot mama’s footsteps and take magazine cover-worthy photos of your expanding tummy, here are a few tips to keep in mind:

1. Go for the profile view.
If you’re in the early stages of pregnancy, that bun in the oven will be much easier to spot from a side-view. In the above three-month bump shot, Snooki could pass for either pregnant or gassy. (It was probably both.)

2. Wear formfitting attire.
The goal is to flaunt your changing figure, so body-hugging clothing works best. Snooki is a fan of stretchy, low-cut yoga pants or leggings to ensure she is properly showcasing her midriff.

3. Time of day does matter.

Even in the womb, Nicole Polizzi’s daughter is following in her mama’s footsteps. Snooki, who will give birth this fall, shared the first sonogram on her Instagram account, and we have to give serious props to the ultrasound technician for capturing this picture-perfect moment! The little lady certainly isn’t dodging the camera like Jenni Farley’s mini-me…

“My baby girl! She’s healthy and look, she’s already applying lipstick! #mygirl,” Snooki wrote along with the image. The photo features her alert peanut holding one of her hands close to her petite pout — it’s almost as if she invaded her mama’s makeup bag for her world debut.

Kids start so young these days when it comes to using cosmetics…even before they’re born. Wonder if this beauty prefers a bold red, or if she’s into subtle pink — time will certainly tell!

Karma and Liam‘s up-and-down, back-and-forth, sexually-charged relationship has been nothing short of an emotional roller coaster ever since the pretend-lesbian caught the eye of the school’s biggest stud. If they could only be honest with each other, something real could potentially come out of this secret romance, but then again…the show’s called “Faking It.”

While Karma continues to convince everyone — including her own parents — that she’s dating her BFF, Amy, she’s been trying to land her male crush on the side, but her grand plan ain’t working out so well. Let us review:

First, the Hester High students shared a romantic kiss that left the bubbly brunette hungry for more, but then she realized that the BMOC was just in the market to have sex with a lesbian — and didn’t have feelings for her, specifically. She eased off, yet Liam quickly charmed his way back into her heart, and they almost knocked boots in the backseat. At the last second, Karma came to her senses and cut the moment short, making a beeline outta the car and back to her best pal.
