Well, that got a little awkward.

The original “Are You the One?” crew gathered for a baby shower to fete parents-to-be Amber and Ethan on last night’s “Special Delivery” reunion episode. But despite plenty of liquor, the aww-worthy moment when the happy couple found out the sex of their wee one and the absence of the always stressful match-up ceremonies, the event still featured some cringeworthy moments between a few exes, past hookup buddies and former roommates.

Here are just a few of the uncomfortable interactions between the $1 million winners:

Ethan and Amber found everlasting love during their unforgettable adventure on “Are You the One?” and thanks to their sweet success story, the original crew is getting ready to welcome a brand-new addition to the clan.

That’s right — there’s a baby on board, and in order to celebrate the couple’s impending arrival, the entire “AYTO” gang gathered in Los Angeles for a shower that did double-time as the “Are You the One? Special Delivery” reunion. Because let’s not forget, this bundle of joy is going to quickly become acquainted with a bunch of fun-loving aunts and uncles — sans truth booth and match-up ceremonies.

But on to the first order of business: the baby’s gender. Like most future parents, Amber and Ethan had different preferences: The papa-to-be wanted a boy because in his opinion, they “don’t ever really grow up” and are hence easier to raise; the soon-to-be mom expressed her desire for a mini-me.

So is it a boy or a girl? After welcoming their admittedly “crazy family” with open arms, Amber and Ethan settled into a pool party/gender-reveal bash to finally find out what the stork will be bringing. Armed with bottles of champagne, gifts galore and plenty of cheer, the duo opened a big box featuring a bunch of balloons that revealed the answer:

Barbara assumed legal control of Jenelle’s son several years ago, but in the sneak peek below, she makes a surprising confession: She never wanted to.

“I did not [want] to take custody of Jace,” the little boy’s grandmother tells her daughter. “It was your decision — not mine.”

Jenelle had become angry with her mother and expressed her desire to regain custody of Jace on last week’s “Teen Mom 2” episode. And after Barbara makes her admission, the young mother gets extra-defensive.

“I was forced to sign custody over,” she argues, before admitting the event sent her into a downward spiral. “[Then] I did drugs because I didn’t have my son back. Because I was giving up.”

Barbara’s response: “I wouldn’t have taken Jace away if I thought he was safe.”

Jenelle’s beau Nathan, meanwhile, becomes sullen when Barbara says she’s concerned about his drinking. In response, he criticizes how Barbara has raised Jace, saying the boy was “dropping the f-bomb at three or four years old.”

After Barbara says that the child didn’t learn such language from her, Nathan waves a white flag and says that he doesn’t want to fight anymore. Barbara agrees, and the trio begin a heartfelt dialogue.

Nicole Polizzi is now the proud mother of TWO precious meatballs kiddos.

The “Snooki & JWOWW” star shared on Twitter Friday (September 26) that she and fiance Jionni LaValle welcomed their second child that morning. Giovanna Marie joins her cute-as-a-button big brother Lorenzo in the family fold.

The “Jersey Shore” alum joyfully announced in April that her brood was expanding. Shortly afterward, she revealed that her bun in the oven was a girl — inevitably insinuating that she’d coordinate some leopard-printed outfits with her mini-me in the not-so-distant future.

Nicole, who experienced most of her second pregnancy with her BFF and new mom Jenni Farley by her side, lovingly dished that going through this journey with her close pal was “a bonding experience.” And now, Giovanna will have plenty of playdates with her fellow “wombmate,” JWOWW’s “little angel” Meilani.

Despite her discomfort in the final stretch with her “babygirl” — which all pregnant ladies can surely relate to — Nicole still managed to document her growth in a series of selfies, keep up with her fitness and ponder if her little one would take after her in the looks department. Jenelle has decided that she wants to regain custody of her son Jace, but on tonight’s episode of “Teen Mom 2,” she flip-flopped on when the timing would be right.

The young mother lost custody of the little boy — to her own mom Barbara — several years ago. Since then, she’s made tremendous personal strides, going to rehab and getting sober, finding love with Nathan, resuming her college studies and recently welcoming a second son.

But even with her life finally in order, and on a healthy track, Jenelle felt that Jace should stay with Barbara a bit longer.

“I just can’t just take him away,” Jenelle told Nathan, explaining that she would like the boy to be with his grandmother for his first year of school. “I think we need to buy a house first and get settled down, and then we can take him.”

Nathan didn’t agree, called Jenelle “ignorant” and said that letting Jace start school — and then leave his friends there — might be more difficult in the long run.

“It’s not only Jace,” Jenelle explained. “I also feel kind of bad for my mom. I mean, I know he’s my child, but I feel like she’s gonna feel lost.”

On this week’s episode of “Teen Mom 2,” Kailyn tearfully said goodbye to her son Isaac when he left to spend six weeks with his father Jo. But in the bonus scene below, she’s still preparing for his upcoming absence — and already getting emotional.

“I picked Isaac up from school and I lost it,” Kailyn admits to her pal Amanda as their children enjoy a play date. “I was crying because it was his last day. And his teacher started crying. It was sad.”

After the little guys tussle over some toys, they join their moms.

“Are you going to your daddy’s house tomorrow?” Amanda asks Isaac. “What are you going to do there?”

“The swimming pool,” a soft-spoken Isaac replies.

It was frightfully unclear whether Max would make it after his shooting at the hands of Carter‘s troubled boyfriend Crash. But when the “Finding Carter” favorite finally opened his eyes, those closest to him (and us viewers) all breathed a tremendous sigh of relief. Sure, the nice guy’s road to recovery was far from over, but he had the undeniable support of the Wilsons — and his ladylove Taylor.

But on the season finale, when Max was able to communicate for the first time since his horrific ordeal, he was understandably sullen as well as unsure of how he would physically and psychologically recover. To cope, he made jokes about losing his job at the mini-mart because of the “mess he made” and lamented that he was bringing down the mood of the room — but it was clear that he was in a gloomy state, and nothing would make him feel optimistic about what the future would hold. Taylor did her best to cheer him up, to no avail.

“I’m sorry, but I’m mad at me,” Max said. “I’m not getting that I’ve been shot, and I’m here. And I keep waking up every morning thinking that I can go do whatever I normally want to do, but I can’t.”

An Instagram photo of her daughter Aubree posing with her ex’s on-again off-again girlfriend left Chelsea irritated on tonight’s episode of “Teen Mom 2.”

Despite the young mother’s differences with her four-year-old’s dad Adam — and her feelings about his other baby mama Taylor — she’s tried to keep her frustrations about the duo’s relationship with little Aubree to herself. But that silence ended when she discovered Taylor’s snapshot on social media.

“Why are you posting selfies with my kid when you’re not with the dad anymore and we’re not friends?” Chelsea pondered with her friend Chesley Grace before contemplating Taylor’s motives — and whether or not the pic was posted in order to seek attention and cling to her past with Adam.

Her immediate reaction: firing off a blunt text to Taylor which read, “You are seriously crazy. Stop posting pics of my daughter.”

Taylor sent back a long reply, stating Aubree asked to see her, that she’s been in the young girl’s life for the past three-and-a-half years (a statement Chelsea debunked given Aubree’s age) and that Aubree should be able to spend time with her sister Paislee. Chelsea tried to make it clear that her message had nothing to do with Taylor’s relationship with Aubree, but that she merely wanted her to refrain from sharing the snapshots.

Lauren Conrad and William Tell’s wedding day appears to be something out of a dream — and the newlyweds truly look heavenly.

The first glimpse of the MTV alum and the lawyer’s rustic-chic vineyard nuptials this past weekend along the California coast comes courtesy of US Weekly‘s latest cover. The erstwhile “Laguna Beach” and “Hills” star — donning an impeccable custom Badgley Mischka ivory-chantilly lace couture gown, romantic veil with a bejeweled hairpin and soft wavy locks — is beaming as she shares a sweet embrace with her new husband. The former musician is glowing during the tender moment, dapper in a Jonathan Behr tuxedo and bow tie.

“I don’t know that I have ever been as happy as I was walking down that aisle,” the elated Mrs. Tell gushed to the magazine. “It was amazing!”

Conrad’s nine bridesmaids, including her longtime Laguna pal Lo Bosworth, wore blush dresses from her Paper Crown line, while Tell’s groomsmen wore black tuxes.
