Nicole Polizzi‘s son Lorenzo and Jenni Farley‘s daughter Meilani were destined to be best buddies — or if you ask JWOWW, perhaps even husband and wife someday — and they’re already off to a good start.

The little ones just had their first play date and, soon after, their “Snooki & JWOWW” star moms shared some aww-worthy photos from the event. Sure, Lorenzo and Meilani aren’t quite ready to live it up at Karma like their “Jersey” mamas did back in the day, but they sure appeared to be having a grand ol’ dance-free time nonetheless.

“Counting toes,” Jenni captioned the heartwarming Instagram image above, which finds her wide-eyed daughter staring up at the ceiling while her BFF’s two-year-old boy gently tugs at her tiny piggies. Can’t you just feel the love between these two precious peanuts…even though they can’t exactly carry on a conversation? Before we know it, they’ll be hitting the Shore boardwalk together.

Meanwhile, Nicole took to her Celebuzz website to share several snapshots and gush about the duo’s sweet interactions.

Anike and Julian sure had a one-year anniversary to remember on this week’s episode of “Virgin Territory“: The bubbly Floridian swiped her V-card with her boyfriend to celebrate the special occasion. But since appearing on the MTV docu-series seven months ago, is the couple’s love going strong? Or have they gone their separate ways?

“I’m still together with Julian,” Anike, who has also launched a clothing line called “Noctis,” tells MTV News. “Filming the show made us closer.”

While Anike made the decision to seal the deal with her longtime love, she advises others who might be in a similar position to wait until they’re ready.

“It is normal to be confused and unsure of what ‘ready’ feels like,” the 20-year-old says. “The important thing is that you do it with someone that you love and that you are safe being with.”

In addition, Anike says that she learned that there is no “right” way to lose your virginity. “This is something that is very personal — not ‘one size fits all.’ Seeking advice is okay; however, it is most important to follow your heart.”

Kailyn had her hands full taking care of her two young children alone while her better half Javi was away for month-long job training with the Air Force. Fortunately, during the past few episodes of “Teen Mom 2,” her mother Suzi visited and helped care for Isaac and Lincoln.

In the bonus scene below, the duo reflect on their time together before Suzi heads home, and Kail tells her mother that she’s much appreciated.

“I’m gonna be sad when you leave cause I don’t like to be here by myself,” Kail admits after her mother helps tuck in Isaac and offers to clean up the house. “And you’re helping me out with the boys and stuff. Like, I had my hands free for a little while. I had my hands to do whatever I needed to do, without a baby in my arms. You’ve been a big help.”

Suzi responds that she was happy to be able to be with her grandkids. “I’ll definitely come back if you want me to,” she says.

The offer is well-received. “That would be great,” Kail replies.

Catelynn Lowell has used her experience of being “16 and Pregnant” to educate others on the importance of safe sex and help prevent teen pregnancy. Now, the “Teen Mom” cast member is bravely opening up about her battle with depression and anxiety in the hopes of assisting those who suffer from the same medical condition.

“My depression and anxiety were so severe,” Catelynn, who is expecting a baby girl with fiancé Tyler Baltierra, tells In Touch in its latest issue. “I didn’t want to live another day.”

Catelynn says that her first symptoms were panic and anxiety attacks in the middle of the night. “I couldn’t stop crying,” she explains. “I felt I’d be better off dead. I needed help.”

Then a year ago, Tyler, who Catelynn revealed has also battled depression, made an appointment with a psychiatrist after one of his longtime love’s breakdowns. The 23-year-old was diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety, then prescribed antidepressants and instructed to speak regularly with a counselor.

The regimen has proven beneficial: Cate says life has “gotten easier” and, thankfully, she’s starting to feel like herself again.

Barbara has never held back her opinion when it comes to her daughter Jenelle‘s boyfriend Nathan, and he hasn’t exactly masked his feelings about her, either. Throughout “Teen Mom 2,” several screaming matches have ensued between the two: He’s accused her of getting Jenelle hooked on heroin, while she has said he’s using her daughter for her cash. But on tonight’s episode, Barbara and Nathan’s tempers flared like never before.

The confrontation began rather innocently: Barbara was helping Jenelle compile her baby shower gift registry list when Nathan asked if a high-end car seat was included. Barbara replied by saying that they didn’t need such an expensive item and that the couple needs to grow up and realize that money won’t last forever — a comment that didn’t sit well with Nathan.

“We’re two adults who take care of our own s**t,” he spat. “Your daughter is an adult. I’m an adult. So you don’t tell another adult how they should do things. It’s wrong and it’s disrespectful.”

Barbara insisted she was just stating facts, but Nathan argued that she was telling them what to do — and “nobody likes to be told what to do.”

Jenelle didn’t get involved in the beef, instead encouraging the two to be quiet. But Barbara issued Nathan a stern warning that as long as he’s with her daughter, he’ll hear from her if he treats Jenelle wrong.

Amber Portwood‘s tell-all tome “Never Too Late” leaves no stone unturned about her past — including what really happened during “16 and Pregnant” and “Teen Mom,” her struggles with drug addiction and her 17-month stay behind bars.

In an interview with MTV News, the 24-year-old opens up about the memoir — which is on sale today via Amazon — and reveals why she decided to recount her troubling experiences.

“I had been thinking about writing a book since my stay in prison,” Amber says. “I felt it was time when I got out to actually do it. I think my book is able to give strength and determination to those who are struggling.”

And while it was a challenge for Amber to pen the sometimes-brutal details, the young mom says it was an important step in making a personal connection with fans — and hopefully provide encouragement to them.

“I want people to read my book with an open mind,” she says. “I also hope my story can reach and help many people.”

Her book already has one very enthusiastic cheerleader: her five-year-old daughter Leah.

“She thinks it’s neat,” Amber gushes about her mini-me. “She said, ‘I’m in a story like the books I read!’ She’s adorable.”

Leah was relieved when Corey finally seemed to accept the idea of their daughter using a wheelchair on tonight’s “Teen Mom 2,” but her optimism was short-lived when she discovered his insurance company still hasn’t approved the device.

The wheelchair has been a sore subject for Corey and Leah ever since four-year-old Ali was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy: The young mother, who witnessed her smiling girl’s first ride last season, believes it will ensure Ali conserves her energy and only help her in the long run. Corey, on the other hand, worries that the device will cause his offspring to not walk as much.

Regardless, Ali continued to practice using a loaner wheelchair — which doesn’t have the same capabilities as the one insurance will hopefully cover — and went to a physical therapy appointment with Corey’s dad Jeff. After seeing his granddaughter during the session, Jeff, who previously aligned with his son about the wheelchair, admitted to Leah that he had a change of heart and sees that the device will only help supplement Ali’s walking. He then told Corey that the visit with Ali went well and that the physical therapist made it clear that the wheelchair’s purpose is to help Ali get from one place to another — and not to use at all times.

The father/son conversation prompted Corey to tell Leah that he would like to take the loaner during an upcoming weekend visit to the zoo. She was pleased ...

Chelsea‘s hard work paid off on this week’s “Teen Mom 2” episode: She finally got her esthetician license.

It hadn’t been all smooth sailing: After the young mom graduated from the program and took her exams, the Department of Labor notified her that they were withholding her license for allegedly breaking their protocol. A lot of back and forth — and a series of setbacks — followed.

So did a mini road trip: Chelsea was notified by her lawyer that she needed to make a long drive — eight hours in total — to meet with the cosmetology commission. There, she’d learn the laws surrounding her profession — and get her test results.

“I’m just ready for it to be done,” a resigned Chelsea told her mother Mary, before adding that she was trying not to get her hopes too high.

Mary offered her daughter some much-needed encouragement and explained that she didn’t think they’d make Chelsea travel a long distance only to reject her.

After a pep talk from her Dad — and her pal Britanee’s support during the long drive — it was time for Chelsea to learn her fate.

“I just got it!” the newly minted esthetician exclaimed after emerging from the meeting with her license. She had passed her tests with flying colors, garnering a score of 81 when she only needed a 75 to pass.
