Kailyn struggled with disciplining her firstborn Isaac on the last episode of “Teen Mom 2.” Now, in the sneak peek below, she’s having more difficulty — this time, with Baby Lincoln.

“He won’t take,” Kail tells her mom Suzi as she attempts to breastfeed her little boy. “Four months of breastfeeding and now he doesn’t want to take it.”

Suzi offers her daughter some encouragement before changing the subject. “How are you liking the whole married life? Kids? And a house?” she asks Kail, who’s been caring for the two children alone while her husband Javi is away for his Air Force commitments and trying, as best she can, to cope with the inevitable feelings of loneliness.

“Being married is not what I thought it would be at all,” Kailyn admits. “It’s a lot of compromise, a lot of things that I’m not used to. But [I'm] trying to get through it the best I can. ‘Cause I do love [Javi] and stuff.”

Kailyn then tries to feed Lincoln again — to no avail. “I’m gonna cry,” she says as the baby howls. “I’m so frustrated!”

During Brody Jenner‘s Hollywood “Hills” days, he typically opted for a clean shave or some scruff when he was hitting Tinseltown with Lauren Conrad and company. But over the weekend, the former MTV star made a complete 180 in the facial hair department — courtesy of a mustache and soul patch.

Brody, who has been keeping busy on the 1s and 2s lately, hit the red carpet on Saturday during a DJ appearance with William Lifestyle at the Hard Rock Hotel’s Rehab Day Club in Las Vegas. As for the inspiration behind his new look? The notorious ladies’ man, who’s getting serious with girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter, told Us Weekly that he was interested in “switching it up a little bit” and joked that he was taking part in Movember. Alternatively, perhaps he was trying to emulate Tyler Posey‘s biker-gang chic look. Or maybe the title character from “My Name Is Earl.”

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra unveiled their baby‘s sex in grand fashion: a gender reveal party with their nearest and dearest. And the “Teen Mom” couple, who are returning to MTV in 2015, will be dressing their precious bundle of joy in some undeniably cute pink onesies in the not-so-distant future.

That’s right, it’s a girl! Let the name brainstorming begin.

In addition to the celebration honoring the wee one on the way, the proud papa also shared a first peek of the lovebird’s precious peanut, in the form of his fiancee’s sonogram.

“Can’t wait to meet you and hold you and kiss you and smother you with love you little munchkin lol! #DaddyAlreadyLovesYou #MoreThanYouKnow,” Ty captioned the Instagram photo above.

Meanwhile, along with an Instagram snapshot of her burgeoning 18-week bump, Caitlynn recently posted that she is “excited” and looking forward to meeting their “little monkey.”

And we’re counting down (literally) until we can see the high school sweethearts cradle their newborn — only 22 weeks, or roughly five months, to go. Offer your congrats on the couple’s baby girl!

Kailyn had thought she could hold down the fort when Javi left for his month-long Air Force commitments, but on tonight’s episode of “Teen Mom 2,” she struggled without her better half.

“Obviously, I’m a little bit stressed out,” she told her friend Peach during a late-night phone call. “And I feel alone. I barely get out of bed in the morning. I don’t know — it’s hard.”

It’s not the first time Kail and Javi have been apart: Previously, they were separated for six months as the latter underwent his job training. But this time is different: Baby Lincoln is on board and the family now lives three hours away from Jo, leaving Kail with nobody nearby to help her.

Without Javi, the mother of two quickly realized that it was tougher than she thought it would be to juggle both children — and she couldn’t help but feel like a single parent all over again.

There was one bright spot: the teen mom finally got some welcome adult company. But when Isaac kept interrupting the conversation, Kail started to cry.

“I’m just getting so frustrated that Isaac’s talking over everything I’m trying to talk to you guys about,” she said as she tried to discipline her son.

With their tense custody issues in the past, Kailyn and Jo have been making every effort to co-parent their son Isaac civilly. And on tonight’s episode of “Teen Mom 2,” the young mom attempted to take a big step forward with her ex and his girlfriend Vee: she invited them both to Isaac’s fourth birthday party.

During a meal out with friends, Kailyn explained that she wanted Jo to be a part of the festivities for Isaac’s sake — despite any awkwardness between her and Vee.

“I didn’t like her in the beginning because I wasn’t over Jo, or like I was, but I didn’t want anyone else to have him,” Kail revealed to her pals, adding that Jo and Vee have been in a relationship for two years and it’s time for her to “move on.”

After Kailyn extended the birthday invitation over the phone, Jo told her that Vee has wanted to reconcile with Kailyn for “a while now.” But when he brought up the subject with his girlfriend, she was unsure about attending the event and having “all eyes on her.”

Jo understood. “I don’t mind missing it because I already had a birthday party with Isaac,” he said. But Vee seemed to waver when she thought about future celebrations — and Isaac’s possible desire to have both of his parents in the same room for them. And Jo himself admitted, “I don’t like having to keep distance and stuff like that.”

Jenelle and Nathan found out they’re having a baby boy on last night’s premiere of “Teen Mom 2.” But as the couple celebrated the news and discussed their future, they realized that the road not yet taken might be a little bumpy.

“I’m happy that I have you, I have Jace and then the new baby on the way,” the expectant mom tells her beau in the bonus scene, below. “I really want to get divorced ASAP. I want to go to school.”

“I just want the baby to be healthy and us to be happy — as a family with Jace, with your daughter. Getting our lives together — our family together.”

But while Jenelle gushes about the future, Nathan reveals he has something weighing on his mind — something that may even prevent him from seeing the birth of his child.

“It seems like everything’s perfect now, but then…” he says, before trailing off.

Leah and Corey have often had difficulty seeing eye-to-eye when it comes their daughter Ali’s muscular dystrophy diagnosis. For one, Corey has had trouble accepting the severity of their little girl’s condition. Secondly, the former couple has had differing views about Ali’s schooling. And on the season premiere of “Teen Mom 2,” more struggles surface — but this time, Leah and Corey agree on how to handle them.

While dropping Ali off after a weekend visit, Corey informed Leah that their daughter is becoming more aware of her health issues. The proof: she told her dad that she’s “not strong” because of her condition. Corey was shaken by the incident but swiftly tried to lift Ali’s spirits. Meanwhile, Ali’s difficult admission didn’t sit well with Leah, who says she does everything she can to encourage her daughter to dream big and reach for the stars.

Soon after, Leah took her mother and Ali, plus her other daughters Aleah and Adalynn, out to lunch — and the topic immediately came up. Leah was quick to make sure her daughter understands exactly what her diagnosis means, and reinforced the lessons she’s already taught her.

“Mommy said, ‘Yes, you do have muscular dystrophy, but Ali can do what?’” Leah asked.

“Anything I want,” Ali softly responded.

“Ali’s gonna do anything she wants — whenever she wants to do it,” Leah said to Ali as the two pinky-promised.

Chelsea celebrated the completion of her esthetician program last season on “Teen Mom 2,” but now some unexpected news is forcing her to put her work life on hold.

In the sneak peek from the show’s season premiere, the young mom gets a notification from The Department of Labor saying they’re charging her with violating its protocol.

“So I just got this letter in the mail — they’re withholding my license because of the wedding I helped you with,” she tells her friend Landon on the phone. The duo, along with Chelsea’s daughter Aubree, then meet for lunch to discuss the situation.

“Please find a copy of a complaint that has been filed against you for performing aesthetic service for a wedding while you were unlicensed,” she reads from the letter before deducing, “So basically, you can’t do it if you’re getting paid — which we weren’t.”

Landon agrees. “You kind of were helping me,” he says. “I was overwhelmed with the amount of people.”

Jenelle Evans and her boyfriend Nathan announce some very special news to family members on the season premiere of “Teen Mom 2″: the sex of their baby.

In the sneak peek below, the couple pay a visit to Jenelle’s son Jace and her mom Barbara — with a stack of sonogram snapshots in hand. Shortly after arriving, Jenelle arranges the photos so that the final one in the pile will reveal the bundle of joy’s gender.

“The baby!” Babs exclaims as she view the images, before explaining to Jace that he’s looking at a photograph of what’s inside his mother’s belly. Babs’ reaction when she reaches the final picture?

“Oh boy!” she says. “Mommy’s having another baby boy!”

Nathan then asks Jace if he’s happy to be getting a baby brother — and the little boy’s smile is truly heartwarming. Even better: Babs’ reaction when Jenelle and Nathan reveal that they’re going to name the baby Kaiser.

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, as well as Kailyn Lowry-Marroquin and her husband Javi, spent the weekend doing their part to help a three-year-old who is battling a rare form of cancer.

The four familiar faces from “Teen Mom” and “Teen Mom 2” participated in a meet-and-greet and book signing for Kailyn’s bestseller “Pride Over Pity” in Mt. Brighton, Michigan, on Sunday. The event was sponsored by The LinkFund, with all proceeds going to the family of the little girl, Amelie “Amie” Strzalkowski.

“Had such an awesome weekend with great people for a good cause!” Kail captioned the snapshot below. “Keep watching guys! So thankful I was able to be a part of something like this. Now we can give back in ways we never imagined. Thank you to everyone who invited us, who volunteered and who came out for the event! So much love!”

And speaking of the turnout, Tyler gushed about the overwhelming attendance. “This crowd is AMAZING!” he posted on Instagram. “Thank you all for coming out and supporting 3-year-old Amie with her battle through cancer…this is why we love what we do! @thelinkfund @catelynnmtv #MakeaDifference.”

Javi echoed those sentiments with the tweet below:

As for the guest of honor, Cate shared a sweet embrace with Amie, while Tyler goofed around with the little lady.
