It looks like Kim’s prophecy that North West will become a fashion designer is one step closer to becoming true. For her 34th birthday, Kanye surprised Kim with another painted Hermès bag she can add to her growing collection, which already includes one reworked by the artist George Condo, who did the cover of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Only this one was painted by none other than one-year-old North West. That’s right, while you and me got plain ol’ construction paper and finger paint to play with when we were 13-months-old, North West only gets the best when it comes to her canvases: purses that cost upwards of four figures.

“Kanye had a box, a purse, this Hermès purse, and I opened it and I thought it was so cool,” Kim told People, without one wince of irony. “It was all painted really cool and then there was my computer and it said, ‘Press Play.’ I pressed play and my daughter was sitting outside painting the purse. I thought it was an artist that painted the purse, some custom thing. I thought it was some new artist, and it was my daughter. It was amazing and I have it all on video.”

In a new interview with The Standard, Mrs. West sheds light on the nightmare that is trying to buy clothes for Kanye. “I typically don’t buy him clothes. I can buy other things but clothes are really hard,” she says.

Not only is Kanye incredibly picky about what goes on his body—I mean, this is a man who looks through 15,000 fashion images a day—he apparently is steadfast about his uniform, which has lately consisted of very minimal, though pricy, items. “He likes to dress so simple — you know, he has his favorite jeans.. he wears the same thing over and over,” Kim complains explains.

Now that Rita Ora’s first collaboration pack has been picked over, it’s as if Adidas read our minds because they just announced the release of the next installment. It’s perfect timing too, since I was running out of options to pair my leather sports bra with (heh). Luckily, there are plenty of killer pieces in this round.

The new batch has two very different aesthetics. The first is an assortment of grey and black paint-splattered pieces inspired by street art. Though it wouldn’t be surprising if Rita’s role in a certain upcoming movie that made gray (or rather, “Grey”) a household word also played a part in it.

Considering halloween and fashion go way back—like all the way to the dawn of it, since clothes are what make up a costume—it was only a matter of time until an artist merged the two in this kind of way.

You Can Now Wear The Shmoney Dance While Doing It

Justin Bieber’s done it. Drake’s done it. Rihanna did it on a yacht. And now you can wear it. “It” being the Shmoney dance. MOC Brand, who’s brought us gear embroidered with Kanye’s shrug, wheelchair Jimmy, Jay Z’s dad dive, Miley’s twerk, Nicki Minaj’s “Anacdona” pose, and just about every other musician meme you can think of, is now giving the same treatment to Bobby Shmurda’s viral dance.

For those that need a quick primer: the Shmoney dance originated back in March when the rap upstart uploaded his “Hot N****” video to YouTube. The best part of it—a scene where Shmurda throws his hands up in the air and casually twists his body—quickly hit Vine and the video has since collected over 26 million views and cosigns from Badgalriri to Jay Z, who incorporated it into a verse from “F***WithMeYouKnowIGotIt” at the On the Run tour, spitting “Come Shmoney Dance with the good fellas.”

Yesterday, H&M and Alexander Wang launched their highly-coveted collaboration. The wunderkind designer/Balenciaga creative head/sneaker aficionado gave his fans exactly what they wanted: a collaboration that looks like it could have walked down the runway for his namesake line. It reads as a reprisal of the designer’s sportiest hits. This being Alexander Wang—the man who invented the 15-pound bucket bag and brought back the style—the accessories were all on-point. But one of them stood out more than others: a pair of logo-centric boxing gloves—the type of fashionable whim you’d only expect to see on the runway or in a lookbook.

Missy Elliott Provided The Soundtrack At Alexander Wang’s H&M Launch

When Alexander Wang throws a party, you know there’s going to be music involved. Just at his Spring 2015 show, the designer managed to seat Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Miguel, Tyga, Sonic Youth’s Kim Gordon, and Die Antwoord all within nine seats. If that’s how he throws a runway show, imagine how he throws a party. Or, y’know, we can just tell you: At his H&M launch, Wang’s guestlist included Mary J Blige, Solange Knowles, his favorite rap upstart Sharaya J, and the great Missy Elliott to soundtrack the affair.

Somehow Wang managed to outdo the clothing with the music. Missy Elliott, who trotted around the party in a Nike Air hoodie and incredible “You Cant Workout With Us” snapback—later changing into one that said Wang along with a bedazzled pullover by the designer—performed her best of, including “Get Ur Freak on,” “Lose Control,” and, of course, “Work It Again.”

Riccardo Tisci Doesn’t Care What People Say About Kimye

What is it like to dress Kimye? As if British GQ read our minds, the magazine posed that very question to Riccardo Tisci, head of Givenchy and BFF of the Wests. Surprisingly, it wasn’t all that glamorous prior to the #WORLDSMOSTTALKEDABOUTCOUPLE’s Vogue cover.

Tisci, who outfitted the then-expecting pair in an iconic ensemble for the 2013 Met Gala (remember Kim’s rose print dress with built-in gloves? JK, how could you not?), recalls for the magazine the backlash he received when he first started dressing them—and how Kim is not at all what you’d expect.

“When they started dating Kanye came up to me and said we should all get dinner, so they came to Paris to visit me. I like the girl. She’s cool, she’s also different from what people think. She’s very special. Very beautiful. Then I found out from fashion people that people didn’t like her, people didn’t want anything to do with her. I’m a Leo and Italian and very proud, so I didn’t change my way about them. I invited them to the show, started doing special projects with them, dressing them and I got killed so much. But that’s what you do to be a friend, to be real—you don’t care about what people are saying.”
