As governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger pushed to reduce waste and fraud, vowed to keep the state’s Three Strikes law in tact and, in 2008, helped a young man named Kristoffer outfit his ’65 Chevrolet Impala SS with a 6.6-liter Duramax turbodiesel. All in a day’s work!

During Season 6 of “Pimp My Ride,” The Governator appeared on Xzibit‘s car-rehab project to push for clean fuels, urge drivers to scale down their dependence on oil and remind West Coast Customs that adding hemp seats to the episode’s featured sedan was against the law in California.

In honor of #TBT, we’re looking back at one of Schwarzenegger’s most outstanding policy orations. So forget Washington’s Farewell Address, and do away with William Jennings Bryan’s Cross of Gold speech — check out the video below for passion personified. Unless, that is, you’re just a girlie man.

Aubrey O’Day might have lost her Danity Kane sisters (…again) after an epic girl group skirmish, but it seems she’s found a new family just fine.

The feistiest former member of DK, who still helped to release the group’s “All in A Day’s Work” earlier this week, posted an Instagram photo yesterday in which she and former “Jersey Shore” star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino are hanging out. What’s more, she captioned the shot “#fam.” Uhh, is there a connective, distant relative we never knew about? Are they unlikely cousins, twice- or thrice-removed? What gives?

The last we heard, Mike was in the middle of a legal battle and potentially off to “Marriage Boot Camp” with his girlfriend Lauren Pesce, but as of yesterday, he and his better half were content just spending some time with Aubrey, Aubrey’s boyfriend Travis Garland and “Big Brother” alum Jeff Schroeder. Guess kin comes in all shapes and sizes…

Avoiding a scathing sexual review on something called a “Dude Database” would be a relief for most, but for Jake Rosati, it’s the pits.

On tonight’s “Awkward” episode, Jake, who’s reformed since his brief tenure as a jerk, lamented the fact that he was seen as nothing more than an innocent puppy dog by Palos Hills’ ladies. While Matty McKibben was likened to a player and “#ManWhore McKibben,” Jake was the emblem of an innocent golden boy who’d earn resounding approval from your parents. GROSS!

Jake’s still struggling a bit to accept his role as nice guy, but if he needs a little push, here are seven upstanding gentlemen who prove there’s no harm in not being a d***.

When your teacher — and later, principal — lives next door, you’ve got to mind your Ps and Qs. But even if Mr. Feeny were miles away, we suspect Cory wouldn’t have been any less amicable. The “Boy Meets World” character only ever loved one girl, his shoulder was tailor-made for leaning on and he still managed to be a favorite of his high school and college classmates.

On the “Real World: Las Vegas” season finale, Mike Ross and Naomi Defensor mock-wed in typical little chapel fashion, but after this weekend, the groom might have a biiiit of explaining to do.

Mike, who’s been engaged to Taylor Roberts since last September, officially tied the knot with his one-and-only over the weekend in Laguna Beach, California (Mike’s former housemate Adam Royer caught a bit of the ceremony in the Instagram video below). And the wedding proved to be a bit of a “Real World” reunion, save for Naomi, who clearly couldn’t stand to watch her beloved carry through with his nuptials.

(Kidding, of course — Naomi apologized for missing the party on Twitter and wished the new couple well.)

“The most beautiful wedding ever,” Nany Gonzalez, another one of Mike’s former fellow cast members, tweeted from the reception with the photo below, which finds Leroy Garrett, Heather Cooke and even Mike’s former “Challenge” pal Laurel Stucky joining in on the fun.

And though Laurel’s fellow “Free Agents” champ Johnny Bananas couldn’t celebrate with Mike, he made sure to wish the betrothed well with a strikingly sincere note. “Congrats to my boy @MikeRossMTV and his lovely bride to be! She’d better treat you right Mike Mike, you’re a Gem!” he tweeted.

Global warming shows no signs of stopping, and the same can be said for Simone Kelly’s no-holds-barred take on “Are You the One?” Season 2.

The show’s most outspoken OG has been eating up the current batch of episodes like her own personal soap opera (just look back at last week’s installment for proof) and noticed one particular trend on tonight’s ep — the guys are REALLY starting to let their emotions show. Between Layton‘s “my woman” mantra toward Jenni, plus Nathan‘s infatuation with Shelby, things have certainly gotten a little intense. Let’s hope this all cools down by the fourth Match-Up ceremony…

…or, you know, that it doesn’t.

Earlier this year, “Real World Ex: Plosion” (the cast members of which are featured in the photo above) dropped a bomb that left San Francisco in shambles. But the series’ upcoming 30th season, which will return to the Windy City for the first time since 2001, is about to blow open many a closet door in the Midwest.

On “Real World: Skeletons,” seven strangers will move in together as per the show’s typical formula, but soon, shared chores and shower schedules will prove to be the least of their worries as a brand-new twist comes into play: They’ll each be forced to confront the last person on Earth (or sometimes, the last people) they want to see.

On a rotating basis, “skeletons” will become temporary tenants of the house — aka a converted Chicago nightclub — to address its residents’ past issues. One woman will reveal she’s been impregnated by a cast member and will soon give birth, a former cyber bully will come face to face with those she’s virtually tortured and a son will meet — and proceed to live with — the father he’s only ever heard about. Throw in a family feud, a story of in-office drama and a case of scorned hookups who’ve got a single proud player in common, and we’ve got a show on our hands! Who’s bringing the popcorn?

For high school seniors, afternoons are reserved for coffee dates with pals, some pick-up basketball down the street or, if you’re Jenna Hamilton, taking the virginity of the sophomore class’ music prodigy. Sorry for partying…?

On last week’s “Awkward” episode, J-Town, who’s been trying to resist the 10th grader who charmed her on New Year’s Eve, gave in to her temptation and enjoyed an afternoon delight with Owen…only to find out minutes later that he was a virgin. Jenna was totally caught off guard — and a bit sickened by the fact that she suddenly felt like a shameless cougar.

Photos fade, yearbooks yellow and graduation caps wind up casualties to untimely basement flooding. But as far as anyone’s high school days are concerned, the memories of great parties are forever.

On Tuesday night’s “Awkward” episode, Jenna, Tamara and the gang at Palos Hills gathered for their umpteenth celebration since sophomore year and, predictably, there was romance (Sadie and Sergio), a bit of drama (Tamara‘s introduction of the dude database) and some classic redemption (Matty McKibben‘s burning of the PHHS phonebook). In short, it covered the bases that any requisite teenage get-together should (eat your heart out, “Can’t Hardly Wait“!).

But how did it compare to the celebrations that came before?
