See The Real Estate Listings For Wes Anderson’s Whimsical Locales

Got those mid-winter apartment blues? Itching for a change that you don't think a good round of spring cleaning and redecorating will scratch? An accent wall won't cure these cold-weather blahs, only a new place altogether can do that.

Luckily for you, there's Wes Anderson Realty, here to fill all of your whimsical shelter needs. Adventurous at heart, but still looking for a little space? Perhaps you'd be comfortable shacking up in the majestic Belafonte, the research vessel of aquatic adventurers Team Zissou. Prefer something slightly more remote, but no less luxurious? The 115 stately rooms of the Grand Budapest Hotel, accessible by up-mountain funicular, will suit your fancy. (It's a real fixer-upper.) Got an eye for nature? You might like to bark up the tree house owned by the Foxes.

In reality, you won't have much luck with this realty — the landmarks depicted in director Wes Anderson's films are fictional, but important nonetheless. The filmmaker's work depends just as heavily on the spaces their characters call home as it does on his signature pastel color palette and sans serif typefaces. As a tribute to Anderson's fixation on the places we call home, and in honor of this Friday's "The Grand Budapest Hotel," we dug up real estate listings for five of the most iconic structures featured in Anderson lore. Check them out below.

"The Grand Budapest Hotel"

"Fantastic Mr. Fox"

"The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou"

"Rushmore"

"The Royal Tenenbaums"

André 3000 As Jimi Hendrix: Watch The First Footage Now

The first footage of OutKast's André 3000 as Jimi Hendrix, taken from the upcoming biopic has emerged, just ahead of the film's U.S. premiere at South By Southwest.

To prepare for the role of Hendrix, Andre "listened to hours of interviews [and] watched his mannerisms," and in the scene that began making the rounds Wednesday (March 5), that preparation is readily apparent.

Three Stacks nails the legendary guitarist's speaking voice, as he begs model/muse Linda Keith (played by Imogen Poots) to join him at the Monterey Pop Festival, where he'd gain instant notoriety with U.S. audiences after setting his guitar ablaze.

That famous concert isn't shown in the film; instead, it focuses on the year that preceded it, following Hendrix's journey from New York City backing musician to celebrated London resident. "All Is By My Side" doesn't feature any actual Hendrix songs — his estate refused to grant producers the rights to his material — but rather will feature him performing covers of songs by the Beatles, Elvis Presley, Muddy Waters and Elmore James, all of which were in his repertoire.

The movie, written and directed by Academy Award winner John Ridley — who just took home the Best Adapted Screenplay Oscar for his "12 Years A Slave" script — made its world premiere last year at the Toronto International Film Festival. There's still no word on when it will be released in theaters here in the U.S.

On Wednesday (March 5), the singer stopped by Ryan Seacrest's radio show, where he performed his own acoustic rendition of Beyonce's "Drunk in Love," and revealed that while on tour this past year with Taylor Swift, he's written "about 120 songs."

"I was in America for 11 1/2 months, which as an Englishman is quite hard to do. I missed tea," Sheeran said. I wrote a lot of stuff, I wrote the whole of this next record, I wrote the whole of the next, the whole of the next."

Justin Bieber Post-Arrest Pee Test Video Coming Soon: Is That Even Legal?

By now, we've seen plenty of Justin Bieber
 partying shirtless in clubs
and flexing while getting patted down by police in Miami after his arrest in January on DUI and resisting arrest charges
.

But if the Miami Police Department have their way, you're going to see way, way more of Bieber than ever. After putting out 18 new photos of Bieber taken after his January 23 arrest earlier this week, they are now prepping an even more revealing video of the incident.

According to E! Online, police will soon unleash two video clips in which Bieber will be seen taking a urine test. The 20-year-old singer, who was charged with DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license in the incident, has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

That got us thinking: is that even legal? "We support the use of cameras in police departments in the case of any police misconduct," said Amy Turkel, the director of communications for the ACLU of Florida. "In this case there is a blurring of the lines in terms what acts are public or private."

Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield said this week that he has approved the release of two as-yet-unseen police videos of the Bieber arrest once they've been redacted to remove the singer's private parts. Those videos reportedly show Bieber's exposed genitals as he takes a urine test for drugs.

While Altfield agreed with Justin's legal team that the release of the video would be an invasion of privacy, he said the public's right ...

Hot 97 Goes From New York Airwaves To VH1 Reality TV

When it comes to hip-hop radio, New York's Hot 97 has built quite the legacy. Not only has the staff at Hot built a history breaking the hottest records in rap, the storied station is home to some of the game's biggest DJs and on-air personalities — no wonder they're getting their own show on VH1.

The trailer for "This is Hot 97" premiered online on Wednesday (March 5) and stars Funkmaster Flex, Angie Martinez, Peter Rosenberg, Cipha Sounds, DJ Enuff, Miss Info, Laura Stylez, Karlie Hustle and Ebro Darden, the station program director and morning show host.

In the short 30-second clip, we see Ebro berating one of his employees for typing too loud and Funkmaster Flex showing off a new action figure modeled after him. Rappers like Rick Ross, French Montana and Macklemore make brief cameos, and in one head-scratching scene, Rosenberg asks a flabbergasted Mack Wilds if he's ever had a threesome.

There's no telling where the story line will go each week, but if VH1's cameras capture just a fraction of the drama that goes on at Hot, fans will be in for a heck of a ride. After all this is the same station that got into a war of words with Nicki Minaj in June 2012 after she refused to perform at their annual Summer Jam concert.

"This is Hot 97" will premiere on Monday, March 31 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on VH1.

4 Reasons Why Katy Perry Doing The Weather Is Even Better Than It Sounds

Katy Perry is so good at so many things: singing, making amazing videos
, being the most charming pop star on the planet. But she can't be great at everything and we think we finally found something she kind of stinks at.

The weather. Specifically, delivering the weather Al Roker-style on a national TV network. That didn't stop her, though, from giving it a shot on Wednesday (March 5) morning when she popped in to Australia's Channel 7's "Sunrise" show to promote her Prismatic tour.

Here are the most adorkable mistakes she made while trying to sort out the difference between Brisbane and Broome:

1. Don't Ever Show Your Face In Perth Again
After calling her special weatherman pointer a "nifty wand," Perry started off the segment by forecasting a few showers in "Karns," while pointing to Perth, which is on the opposite coast. Also, it's "Cairns," Katy, not "Karns," or "Cans."

2. Get Out Of The Way!
If there is one rule of weatherman club it's this: NEVER, EVER stand in front of the map! While trying to find Canberra, (or "Cernaberra" as Katy put it), she blocked most of the continent with her flowery housecoat, eliciting giggles from the crew.

3. It's Called Celsius, Katy
Noticing that it was only going to be 23 degrees in Melbourne, Katy quipped, "23? That's really cold, ya'll!" Um, actually it's almost 75 degrees Fahrenheit, Perry, get it together.

4. Hobart, Hogwarts, Let's Call The Whole Thing Off
Pointing and smiling is a lot harder than it looks. And while Katy has no problem nailing the lyrics to her songs on ...

‘Lindsay’: Biggest Moments From The Trailer For Lohan’s Reality Series

Can Oprah Winfrey stop Lindsay Lohan from being her own worst enemy? A new first look trailer from the upcoming docu-series "Lindsay" says... Well, maybe.

"Lindsay," which premieres March 9 on OWN, is a straightforward window into Lohan's ongoing cycle of substance abuse and self-sabotage, with Oprah herself stepping in to help the actress change her life. With the trailer now online, we're getting our first peek at what's in store when the troubled starlet lets the cameras in.

Lohans Galore
In addition to Lindsay herself, various members of the family — including parents Michael and Dina — will be making an appearance in the series. Dina, who was a reality TV star in her own right on the E! network's "Living Lohan," appears in the trailer looking typically camera-ready.

But it's the relationship between Lindsay and her dad that should make for the most interesting television: a brief clip of the two sharing a meal shows that tensions are still running high between them, with Lindsay not ready to let go of her disappointment in the father who so often failed her.

Self-Aware, Or Still Using?
The death spiral of Lohan's professional life has had many stops along the way: incarceration, DUIs, lost opportunities to work as she gained a reputation for being unreliable and volatile. But addiction is the thread that runs through it all, and it remains to be seen if the latest of the actress's many attempts to get clean and stay sober will be the one that makes the difference.

In the trailer's opening voiceover, Lindsay describes drinking and partying as ...

Batman Comes To ‘Gotham’: See Who’s Playing Bruce Wayne

At long last, has found its Batman-in-the-making — and the actor certainly has the "Touch."

David Mazouz, the young actor best known for playing the gifted Jake Bohm on Fox's short-lived "Touch," will bring Bruce Wayne to life on "Gotham," Fox's upcoming exploration of the DC Comics universe. The series is said to focus largely on future commissioner James Gordon as a beat detective and Gotham City newbie, while Mazouz's Bruce mourns his parents' recent double-homicide.

On top of Mazouz's casting, Fox has hired a young actress to play Selina "Catwoman" Kyle: Camren Bicondova, a largely unknown teenage actress with an uncanny resemblance to Michelle Pfieffer. On looks alone, you can almost see Bicondova growing up to become the Catwoman of "Batman Returns."

With the young versions of Batman and Catwoman in place, it would appear that all of the major "Gotham" players have been cast. Here's a quick look at the main characters:

1. Ben McKenzie as James Gordon

2. Donal Logue as Harvey Bullock

3. Sean Pertwee as Alfred Pennyworth

4. Jada Pinkett Smith as Fish Mooney

5. Robin Lord Taylor as Oswald Cobblepot

Yep, that "Walking Dead" weirdo is playing the criminal who will eventually become the Penguin. Pretty cool casting, isn't it?

Fox ordered "Gotham" for a full 13-episode season, set to debut at some point in the fall of 2014 or spring of 2015. Between this new show and The CW's "Arrow" and coming "Flash" series, it's an exciting time for DC Comics on the small-screen.

What do you think ...
