Black Hippy’s Album Could Be Coming Sooner Than You Think

If you ask the four members of Black Hippy when the group's debut album is coming out, you'll most likely get four different answers.

If you ask Top Dawg Entertainment co-president Dave Free he believes the long-awaited collaboration album between Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock will most likely be released sometime this year, according to an interview he gave to Billboard.

Free wasn't quoted directly in the article, but he and TDE CEO Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith spoke with the mag about the label's upcoming releases. In December, Tiffith hinted that he plans to drop six albums on the label. In January, TDE released Isaiah Rashad's debut Cilvia Demo independently and on Tuesday dropped Schoolboy Q's Oxymoron through Interscope.

"Today is probably more important than when good kid, m.A.A.d city came out," Free told the magazine. "This is our proving ground to show the world that wasn't a fluke — that TDE isn't just one artist. Kendrick isn't the only one in our stable that's going to blow up."

SZA, the label's first female artist, has her LP slated to come out this year and Tiffith hinted to the mag that he expects Kendrick to drop his next album in September as well.

7 Ways Robin Thicke Can Win Back Paula Patton

Ever since Robin Thicke and Paula Patton announced they were separating earlier this week, has spent every waking minute trying to win his back his wife ... or, at least the waking minutes that include TMZ cameras and paying audiences.

Clearly, he's pulling out all the stops; but just in case his pleas to Patton aren't working, we in the MTV Newsroom are willing to help get the couple back: We've plumbed the depths of our cold, dead hearts and come up with a list of surefire ways Thicke can rekindle the flame. What can we say? We love love.

Grow His Hair Really Long, Become A Bike Messenger: Yes, this is basically the plot of the "When I Get You Alone" video. So what?

Get His Dad To Help: If Alan Thicke was able to successfully navigate the complexities of the 1988 Crystal Light National Aerobics Championship, surely he can fix something as simple as a marriage.

Two Words: Sex Therapy: That album was underrated.

Balloons! Preferably ones that spell out a message of undying love. Or, y'know, "Robin Thicke Has A Big D--k."

Have Pharrell Work His Magic Seriously, that dude can do anything.

Just Blame Everything On Justin Timberlake: People spent a decade confusing the two anyway.

Avoid Miley Cyrus: Duh.

The Janoskians Give Us Tips On Surviving Their Mobbed Meet-Ups

A few years ago, the Janoskians was simply "Just Another Name Of Silly Kids In Another Nation." Quite literally. But as the five Aussie teens continued to blow up YouTube with their prank videos and a handful of songs, the Janoskians have gone global.

They've gotten so popular, in fact, that meet-and-greets with fans usually become trending topics. And just last weekend, the boys shut down Times Square with thousands of people descending on the heart of New York City — most of them screaming girls.

"It was way shorter than we expected, like all chaos breakout," Jai Brooks said when the guys stopped into MTV News.

"And then the police came, and they got really angry at us. They wanted to evacuate it and shut it down," Daniel Sahyoune added.

Even after police rushed them away, fans were still lingering, causing NYPD to block off streets.

"Just complete madness," Jai's twin Luke said.

So with all the craziness of the Janoskians' wild meet-ups, we thought we'd grab a few tips from them to make sure things go a little smoother next time. Here's what they had to offer.

1. Tie Your Shoes
"Definitely tie your shoes 'cause so many girls' shoes get taken off their feet," Luke advised. "It looks to painful."

2. Bring A Buff Bum
"Keep your ground," Luke added, patting his tush. "Keep. Your. Ground. You need strong a strong arse."

3. Hold On Tight
"You always got to hold your wallet and your phone," Daniel said wisely. "Always." "And your laptop. When I first came to New York, straight off ...

Rick Ross Escapes Death, Diddy Warns Of Disloyal ‘Roaches’ In Chilling ‘Nobody’ Video: Watch

What do you do if an attempt is made on your life, just hours after celebrating your birthday in Miami? If you're Rick Ross, you take time to recover, of course, and then you put your passion into a new single and companion music video.

Rozay's video hit MTV Jams and the Internet this week, and the Christopher Sims-directed clip kicks off with a cinematic retelling of the January 2013 drive-by shooting that targeted the Miami rapper.

The latest single off of Ross' upcoming March 4 album, Mastermind, "Nobody" borrows from the Notorious B.I.G.'s 1997 track "You're Nobody (Til Somebody Kills You)" and features Biggie's mentor, Diddy, as well as French Montana on the hook. The cinematic clip follows a murderous double-cross with the Maybach Music CEO narrating the story.

Puff sets things off in the clip with the song's opening monologue. As detectives watch him on a surveillance monitor, the Bad Boy CEO chastises a couple of his associates. "You wanted to f--kin' walk around these roaches. These n---as is roaches, these n---as is mere motherf--kin' mortals," he sneers. "I'm trying to push you to supreme being."

French delivers his soulful croon of a hook from an interrogation room as a police officer tapes his statement. Meanwhile, Ross — dressed in a black sports jacket and white collared shirt — in true boss fashion, lights a cigar as he begins his testimony. "Blast for me, the last words from my n---a/ On the pavement, born killers, body shivers," he spits in a flow that pays homage to the late Biggie ...

Liam Neeson’s ‘Non-Stop’ Gunning For ‘LEGO’ This Weekend

Scrolling through Netflix or iTunes, there isn't a genre called "Liam Neeson with a gun," but there probably should be.

After playing real-life hero Oskar Schindler, Jedi master Qui-Gon Jinn and Batman villain Ra's al Ghul, Neeson delivered a welcome surprise with "Taken" back in 2009. Marketed around the idea of Neeson as action hero badass, the revenge drama made over $226 million worldwide. Since then, Neeson fist-fought a wolf as a badass plane crash survivor in "The Grey" and grabbed the guns again for "Unknown" and "Taken 2."

"The LEGO Movie."

Conservative estimates put the opening weekend for "Non-Stop" around $22 million, though some industry experts put the number closer to $30 million. "Non-Stop" made an impressive $720,000 from screenings that began at 8 p.m. on Thursday night.

"Son of God," the weekend's other major new release, started two hours later and made a very strong $1.2 million. While at least one website dubbed the weekend "Neeson vs. Jesus," the context could just as easily be between "Son of God" and "The LEGO Movie" for the runner-up position.

Fandango reported that 94 percent of the folks who purchased tickets through them said they want to see more Bible-based movies (76 percent of them said they plan to see Russell Crowe as "Noah") while Deadline noted that only 30 percent of "Son of God" ticket buyers had seen box office smash "Frozen," implying that the majority of the film's audience aren't the typical moviegoers, making accurate predictions difficult. To wit: ComingSoon.net put "Son of God" at #3 for the weekend with ...

‘The Flash’: Here’s Your First Look At The New Show’s Costume

Warner Bros. is busy getting ready to film the pilot for "The Flash," starring actor Grant Gustin as the titular DC Comics superhero... But other than casting news here or there, it looked like the production was only up to doing a table read of the script this week.

That is, until now:

According to an official release:

The costume for The Flash was designed by three-time Oscar winner Colleen Atwood, who also designed the costume for "Arrow" and whose motion picture credits include Academy Awards for her work on "Alice in Wonderland," "Memoirs of a Geisha" and "Chicago," as well as seven additional Oscar nominations for films such as "Snow White and the Huntsman," "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" and "Sleepy Hollow," among others

Gustin was introduced as Barry Allen, who will later become The Flash, during a two-episode arc on "Arrow" in 2013. Allen was an assistant CSI at the fictional Central City police department investigating the murder of his mother years prior... A murder thought to be committed by his own father.

The pilot, which would ostensibly kick off a series starting this fall also features Jesse L. Martin as Detective West, a father figure to Barry; Rick Cosnett as Eddie Thawne, the man who will eventually become The Flash's arch-enemy; Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, a scientist who helps Barry learn to use his powers; Tom Cavanagh as Harrison Wells, the man who owns the lab that accidentally causes Barry to get powers; Candice Patton as Iris West, Barry's adoptive sister and (ew) ...
