Lady Gaga, Will Smith, And Kim Kardashian: The Best Moments From Jimmy Fallon’s First Week

When you kick off your first week with U2
and end it with Justin Timberlake, cramming in Will Smith, Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian, fake Harry Styles
, the First Lady, a rapping Brian Williams and an ice skating Will Ferrell in between, you can take a day off and chill. But knowing Jimmy Fallon, he won't. It's safe to say that Fallon killed the game (and posted impressive ratings) during his first week as host of "The Tonight Show." With a star-packed roster of guests and surprise drop-ins
(hello Martin Scorsese and Seth Rogen), not to mention a Friday night show that will re-unite him with his partner in comedic crime JT, the former "Late Night" host proved more than up to the job.

There were so many highlights, in fact, that instead of just naming them all, we decided to just show you what you might have missed:

Musical Majesty
U2's rooftop gig was amazing, but this week also brought us Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire, Jimmy and Will doing the "Evolution of Hip-Hop Dancing," the Ragtime Gals taking R. Kelly's "Ignition" to the barbershop and the unforgettable Brian Williams "Rapper's Delight" bit.

Lady Gaga's ARTPOP jam session.

U2 getting high on the roof of 30 Rock.

Brian Williams rapping the news.

Arcade Fire going gloomy disco for "Afterlife."

‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ TV Spot Teases Major Character’s ‘Last Words’

A new TV spot for "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" isn't going to relieve any fears that Nick Fury might die in the upcoming Marvel sequel.

The preview features some footage that we've previously seen — the mysterious metal-armed soldier attacking an SUV driven by the S.H.I.E.L.D. director and blowing the vehicle up. What is new, however, is the line Captain America speaks after that scene.

"Fury's last words were not to trust anyone." His last words?!

Marvel isn't dumb enough to give away a character death as big as Fury's would be, so we have to figure that Cap means "Fury's last words before his accident." That would make sense, since there are images of Fury undergoing some surgery in other trailers. Let's assume for now that the incident puts him into a coma.

Even if Fury does survive the initial attack, that doesn't mean he's making it out of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" alive. As we previously reported, somebody that isn't Cap, Black Widow or Maria Hill bites the dust in the Marvel sequel, but we don't know who yet.

"Captain America: The Winter Soldier" opens in theaters on April 4.

Nicki Minaj’s Wild Wigs At The Center Of A $30 Million Lawsuit

Last year Nicki Minaj admitted that she was flirting with a more minimalist look, but those experimental candy-colored wigs definitely played a major role in establishing her image as Queen Barb. Unfortunately, the stylist who created many of Nicki's early wigs is now suing the YMCMB rapper for stealing his designs.

According to CNN, Terrence Davidson filed a $30 million lawsuit in an Atlanta district court last week, claiming that Nicki Minaj duplicated his wig designs to sell on her own website, and potentially caused him to lose money by discouraging him from exploring a reality show deal.

"I see these wigs online," Davidson said. "People are basically duplicating what I created for Nicki Minaj."

Davidson and Minaj began working together in 2010 and he crafted some of her major looks, including her colorful wigs in the "Super Bass" video and "Fly" with Rihanna, in addition to her wig for the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. They reportedly planned to collaborate on a joint wig line, but that didn't work out. According to the lawsuit, in 2012, "Minaj and her agents became mum about the business ventures and took active steps to isolate Mr. Davidson and preclude him from the notoriety he deserved for his wig designs."

In early 2012, while Davidson was still on good terms with Nicki, he explained how excited he was to work with the superstar rapper, since she was open to his wild ideas. "It was like, 'Wow, finally, in my time someone wants to do this," the Atlanta-based hairstylist told MTV News before ...

If Kanye Is In The Top Five Rappers Of All-Time, Who Gets The Ax?

The debate over hip-hop's all-time greatest rapper is a subjective and polarizing argument with no end. Well, Kanye West added more fuel to that fire this week when he humbly tossed his name into the ring.

"I'm humbly top five of all time; dead or alive," Yeezy declared on Wednesday night when he took his Yeezus Tour to Albany, New York.

To give Kanye credit, his speech on this night was all about praising creative types, the artistic geniuses who may have got looked over in high school in favor of the jocks.

Still, by including himself in the fiery top-five debate, we can't help but wonder who gets left out if Kanye is in. Someone's got to make room.

Eminem
You'll be hard-pressed to find a lyricist as skilled as Marshall Mathers. When you factor in his worldwide popularity, towering influence and multitude of platinum plaques, there is no way you can make a top 5 list without Slim Shady, right?

Jay Z
Hov's run is unprecedented. He dropped an independent classic debut in 1996 and has reigned over rap ever since. Even at 44, Jigga's latest Magna Carta... Holy Grail proves that the calculated vet is still at the top of his game.

Nas
For 20 years, Nas has stood as a street poet and a respected lyricist. With 10 solo albums, and a couple of classics to his credit, go ahead and try to make a top five list without God's son. Dare you.

The Notorious B.I.G.
Though he only recorded two albums before he was murdered in 1997, Biggie is widely considered one of the greatest ...

Ariana Grande Wins MTV’s Lip-Lock Knock-Out

The love that Ariana Grande has found in "The Way" is putting her on the top of the world, and now she's looking down on all the other song's butts she kicked on her way to become the champion of MTV's Lip-Lock Knock-Out.

The sweet-singing diva has won in our quest to find the ultimate love song — and Mac Miller was right there to help. On her way to the top, she first knocked out "Still Into You" by Paramore and then "Made in the U.S.A." by Demi Lovato. "The Way" pulled through in a battle with Ciara's "Body Party" in the Final Four, and finally, she beat Pink's "Just Give Me A Reason" in the championship round.

Congrats, Ariana!
