Justin Bieber And Lil Wayne Hit The Studio: See What They’re Cooking Up

It's been a Young Money kind of week for Justin Bieber.

On Friday (April 11), the Biebs posted two pictures on Instagram of him and Lil Wayne together in the studio. "Me and Tunechi in the studio," he wrote along with the first picture, before adding the equally nondescript "me and wayne" caption to his next photo.

Birdman also shared a visual from the evening. "Latenite studio flow @justinbieber music amazin @birdman5star RG YMCMB," he wrote on Instagram, with a picture that looked to be from the same session as one posted last week, where Birdman also praised the young star: "Day 3 in studio late nite workin with nephew @justinbieber tht @austinmahone song is a HIT just heard tha mix RG YMCMB @birdman5star."

Not long after his photos went up on Instagram today, Bieber tweeted, "No one knows what Im planning ;)." Did that relate to his session with Weezy? Maybe, but maybe not — no one knows, of course.

What we do know is that, while he's not officially signed to YMCMB, Bieber has been treated like family by the crew's big dogs of late. On Monday night, he posted a picture of a Bugatti on Instagram, writing, "Uncle Stunna luv. My first Bugatti." Later in the week, reports surfaced that it was a loan, not a gift — but it's surely a telling gesture, no less.

If the end result of the Biebs and Tunechi pics is a collaboration, it wouldn't be their first. The two worked together on "Backpack," from the singer's last release, Journals.

Conan O’Brien Tweets His 7 Most Terrifying Selfies: See ‘Em Here

Conan O'Brien is known to get a little wacky, but when he took over the MTV Twitter account on Friday (April 11), things got out of hand — including the insane selfies the 2014 Movie Awards host was taking.

Of course, with a Conan Twitter takeover, I didn't expect anything normal, but they again, I didn't expect that he'd reveal the secret behind his luscious ginger locks. (Spoiler: his hair is carved from the "finest African mahogany.") Here's that mahogany mane at its finest... including some witty Q&A answers.

When @ale27marie asked if he owned any weird things, Conan nonchalantly mugged with this porcelain deer. No big deal — it's just something he has lying around.

With a strange celebrity comes equally as strange fans. So while Conan doled out some pretty weird answers, he was definitely getting random questions to begin with. His next delicious selfie came after @Kev_Pilar asked, "what's ur favorite oranges or carrots?"

Oh, yeah, those firm granny smiths. I know what you mean.

This next one Conan did all by himself. And it's sort of terrifying.

Look at him. He's soooo ready for the Movie Awards on Sunday. So ready, in fact, that's he's staring into my soul, begging me to come to the show. Can I have one of those tickets you're holding?

Speaking of terrifying, @che1seawe1sh asked him to growl like a wolf. And, well, that's what she got. The award for Scariest Canine Impression goes to...

"Be honest, what have u swiped from your dressing room (so far)?" @MrsSuzieQ asked, and next thing you know Conan's ...

Rico Love Defends His New Single: It’s ‘Anti-Bitch, Pro-Women’

If you judge Rico Love's new single simply by the title, then you may be missing the message that the singer/songwriter and rapper is sending. But then again, Rico had to expect some folks to oppose a song he calls "Bitches Be Like," right?

"I had an issue because there were a few female blog sites where I wanted to premiere the record on because I feel like the song is anti-bitch, pro-women. They didn't want to put it, they didn't want to post it," Love told MTV News Thursday, on the eve of the track's music video premiere online

The song, which appears on a newly re-released version of Rico's Discrete Luxury EP, tells the story of a woman who chases material wealth and superficial trappings while neglecting some of life's more wholesome offerings.

"Bitches be like, 'Hair done, nails done, but I ain't got nowhere to stay,' " Rico sings on the hook, purposely generalizing his subject to prove his point.

Love made his mark in music as a songwriter, penning tracks for Usher and Beyoncé, so you can be sure that every word is deliberate. On one of the song's rap verses, he questions the motives of women who sleep around and those who post promiscuous photos on Instagram for attention.

Now there hasn't exactly been an overflow of outrage, but some will surely argue that this type of song, when coming from a man, doesn't do much to help empower women. Rico welcomes the discussion.

"I don't mind getting a conversation going and starting a dialogue, because I know what ...

Nicolas Cage Dishes On His Tortured Character In ‘Joe’: Watch

Outside of lending his voice to "The Croods," Nicolas Cage has preferred to appear in small indie movies as of late, a trend that continues with the new highly acclaimed film in which Cage plays the tortured title character.

"He's a man who has gone through some serious mistakes," Cage told MTV News. "He's been a convict. He is trying to stay restrained and not make the same mistakes. So he stays at home, he drinks, he goes to work."

That all changes when Joe meets a 15-year-old named Gary (Tye Sheridan), whose own life is falling apart. "His home life is a disaster, and I try to help him out of it," he says.

But Joe isn't exactly a great role model. As an ex-con, he strives for redemption but is easily pushed over the edge.

"He has his own law, his own code of ethics," explained Cage. "If you do something that's not right in his law, then he could do something that he will probably regret."

"Joe" is also a departure of sorts for director David Gordon Green, who started out making acclaimed indie films but has become more known for directing Seth Rogen, James Franco and Danny McBride in the madcap "Pineapple Express" and co-creating and directing episodes of "Eastbound & Down."

Though "Joe" is a drama, Cage told us that Green's set is "full of life, full of play," as one would expect from the director.

"David wants his actors to improvise," said Cage. "Let's do the scene the way it's written, and then let's do it without any ...
