'I Want To Come Out Of A Teddy Bear For Christ's Sake'

"I don't think it's that I'm smarter than anyone else, it's not that I think, 'Oh, you don't get it.' It's just who I am and if I'm gonna perform, I want things around me that I like."

Her 'Yeah, I'm That Bitch' Style

Miley's style can be summed up in one word: vintage. Raekwon Hasn’t Hooked Up Drake’s ‘Wu-Tang Forever’ Remix — Yet

Getting Wu-Tang Clan together is no small feat, and Drake is still in the middle of planning the Clan reunion for his remix. U-God confirmed with MTV News that he, Masta Killa and Cappadonna all recorded their verses, but Raekwon the Chef is still working on his bars.

"I ain't get a chance to bust my joint off yet, but I talked to Drake and we're gonna get to it. It just was like, we were on the road, things were happening so quick," Rae explained to MTV News on Saturday on the set of Troy Ave's "New York City" music video. "Some brothers were able to go in there and smash out, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to get there yet, but it's gonna happen though."

When Rae and company dropped their debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) 20 years ago in 1993, they were celebrated for their raw and unorthodox rap style. The nine-member crew wasn't as polished as Drake is today and that was part of the appeal. When fans got their first taste of the R&B-heavy and melodic "Wu-Tang Forever," some scoffed at the tribute. Clan member Inspectah Deck wasn't a fan and revealed that he did not make it onto the remix.

"I'm saying that I disagree with the title of that song being 'Wu-Tang Forever' when it has no bearing on Wu-Tang Clan despite the fact that the 'It's Yourz' sample floatin' in the background," he told HipHopDX.com.

Raekwon didn't address Deck's stance, but rather spoke on his own ...

Where’s Riff Raff’s Neon Icon? Rapper Gives Details On Delayed Album

Horst Christian Simco, better known by his stage name Riff Raff, is not your average rapper. Notorious for his eccentric personality and remarkable style, the Houston MC seemed to be everywhere in 2013 — most recently, at one of the biggest dance-music festivals in the country.

MTV News caught up with Riff Raff after his set at TomorrowWorld, where he stood out among as the only hip-hop act among more than 300 artists. But performing alongside DJs, producers and electronic musicians is nothing new to Riff Raff; he spent the summer touring with EDM acts and is signed to Diplo's Mad Decent label.

Despite his dabblings with other genres, his upcoming album Neon Icon is unquestionably hip-hop, as Drake, Snoop and A$AP Rocky are just a few of his features. Wiz Khalifa also shows up on the project, and Riff Raff explained to MTV News that the Pittsburgh MC is someone he just "vibes with."

"One of the tracks everybody likes is 'Castle Around My Heart' and he was one of the first people to step out to me and was like, 'I really want to get on that song.' " He explained. "And...I wouldn't want anybody else on that song."

Another person near and dear to Riff Raff is fellow rapper Action Bronson. The two are currently working on a collaborative album called Galaxy Gladiators, and Riff Raff promises it will not disappoint. "Every track that me and Action Bronson do is a hit song," he said.

That's because, according to Riff Raff, they are a perfect balance for collaboration. ...

Justin Bieber’s ‘Heartbreaker’? More Like ‘Chartbreaker’

Justin Bieber is putting his heart on the line with his new single, Kicking off his Music Mondays series, the singer dropped the slow jam early this morning (October 7).

Judging by the response, Beliebers are really into Justin's more mature sound on the new track, which is also the first taste of his music journals. "The lyrics to #heartbreaker is perfect, Justin really does a good job when he's writing his own #musicjournals," @CompletedBieber wrote.

Fans really connected to his personal message, too, which finds him trying to convince the girl whose heart he broke to give him another chance. "Girl, you see me standing here, standing in the rain, oh baby/ Any chance that you could stay right here?/ And never go away?/ You say that you don't wanna talk, but it's cool/ Been thinkin' about you all day long, hopin' you'll pick up your phone."

@bieberwhoreos commented that, "Heartbreaker is so emotional, you can feel the passion & message of the song. He's just telling us the truth in his music, that's important."

The song quickly gained traction on iTunes charts around the world when it hit at midnight on Monday, and tweets like this one from @Justinismaboy prove why: "#heartbreaker isn't just a song. This is the cry of his soul. He's pouring his heart out in it, sharing his feelings with us. He trusts us."

"Heartbreaker did you mean chartbreaker bc sLAY," @kidrauhlvuitton added.

Justin even managed to convert a few non-Beliebers with the jam, including JMoore428, who posted a Vine confessing his love ...

‘Gravity’: Five Things All Movies Can Learn From The Record-Breaking Hit

There's certainly something refreshing about watching one of the best films of the year break box-office records. That's what happened this past weekend with "Gravity, " Alfonso Cuarón's astonishingly good space epic, which recorded the biggest October debut of all time with $55.6 million domestically.

Whenever a film like "Gravity" breaks through and hits with both critics and audiences, it's worth taking a step back to see what we can learn from it. There's never been a movie quite like "Gravity," so as studios poke and prod the box office success of Cuarón's masterpiece, these are the lessons they should be taking away.

Trust The Talent
The average moviegoer isn't going to be able to tell you who Alfonso Cuarón is or that he made arguable the best "Harry Potter" movie and one of the best movies — period — from the previous decade, "Children of Men." For studio execs, it's their job to know that sort of thing and use that information to make business decisions. While investing in Cuarón was by no means as simple as good business sense — he hasn't made a commercial hit outside of "Potter" — it was a move by Warner Bros. to trust that quality filmmaking can perform just like something with brand recognition, and in the case of "Gravity," be more memorable for it.

It Doesn't Take $250 Million
Part of the trade-off of funding a movie based on an original concept from an acclaimed director with largely untested box-office drawing power is that the budget doesn't balloon as high as it does for something ...

Miley Cyrus Addresses Sinead O’Connor Feud On ‘Today’ Show

Miley Cyrus is no stranger to controversy. She addressed it during her eye-opening MTV documentary, and her hilarious hosting gig on While most of the conversation had been about her unforgettable VMAs performance, that all changed when Sinead O'Connor shared her thoughts last week.

After Cyrus cited O'Connor's "Nothing Compares 2 U" video as inspiration for her own clip for the Irish singer penned an open letter saying, "You are worth more than your body or your sexual appeal." (The letter has since been taken down from O'Connor's site.)

From there, the two singers went back and forth on social media, with tweets, more tweets and more letters.

On Monday (October 7), one day before Cyrus officially drops her new album, Bangerz, she sat down with the "Today" show to clear the air about the feud, noting that "my thoughts started amazing" about the Irish singer before the highly-publicized back and forth.

O'Connor has since said that "as far as I'm concerned it's over", and judging by Cyrus' "Today Show" statement, she also seems ready to bury the hatchet.

"My thoughts, if you want to know my thoughts, I think she's an incredible artist. I think she's an awesome songwriter and I was really inspired by her for my 'Wrecking Ball' video, which was what started the whole thing. I don't know how someone can start a fight with somebody that's saying, 'Hey I really respect you and I really love what you did.' 'You know ...

‘Gravity’ Crushes Justin Timberlake At Box Office

The weight of was just too heavy for Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck over the weekend.

Filmmaker Alfonso Cuaron's sci-fi epic crushed the box office record for October with a $55.5 million weekend, displacing 2011's "Paranormal Activity 3" and providing career-best openings for Sandra Bullock and George Clooney in the process.

Remaining at a beyond impressive 98 percent on Rotten Tomatoes "Tomatometer" as the weekend concluded, "Gravity" enjoyed the combination of critical consensus and word of mouth about its impressive 3-D IMAX visuals.

3-D ticket sales accounted for 71 percent of that $55.5 million total, with IMAX showings contributing roughly 20 percent. In addition to the heavy-duty emotional work poured into the performances (Bullock recently talked about that scene with MTV News), there are many other noteworthy facts to consider surrounding its record breaking weekend. The movie isn't a sequel, or remake or an adaptation. The female lead is 49 years old; the male lead is 52.

Bullock's previous career-best opening was just a few months ago, when the action-comedy . Clooney's new #2 stretches all the way back to 1997's ill-fated "Batman and Robin," which kicked off with $42.8 million.

Ben Affleck will step inside the Batman suit in 2015's followup to "Man of Steel," but for now, he'll have to look forward to next year's release of "Gone Girl" (directed by David Fincher) and his own adaptation of Dennis Lehane's "Live By Night" (which Affleck co-wrote and will both direct and star in) because there isn't much to celebrate about "Runner Runner" now.

Despite the star power of Justin Timberlake ...
