Cory And Topanga Return In First-Ever ‘Girl Meets World’ Trailer

An entire generation of kids grew up on "Boy Meets World," but now Cory and Topanga are ready to raise kids of their own in

The first trailer for Disney Channel's new spin-off hit debuted on E! News on Thursday (April 10), and it looks like the highly anticipated sit-com will be fun for the whole family.

Watch the trailer here!

Not only do we get reacquainted with sweethearts Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga (Danielle Fishel), we also get to meet Riley (Rowan Blanchard), the couple's tween-age daughter who tries to sneak out of the window of the Matthew's New York City apartment.

"How long do I have to live in my father's world," Riley turns and asks her BFF Maya.

"Until you make it yours," Cory reasons with a classic TV dad-ism.

There is no premiere date for "Girl Meets World" just yet, but E! reports that long-time fans can expect to see some familiar faces when the show does kick off. Cory and Topnaga's old-school principal and mentor Mr. Feeny will make an appearance as well as Stuart Minkus, the geeky thorn in Cory's side.

Zac Efron Promises To Go Shirtless If He Wins At MTV Movie Awards

Thinking about filming a shirtless scene in an upcoming movie, like the entire cast of "Zac Efron has one hot tip for you.

"It's kind of embarrassing, but you do push-ups before a shirtless scene," Efron told MTV News as part of the MTV Movie Awards Takeover.

We've previously covered the big news that Efron doffs anti-trou (that's a shirt, by the way) in way more of the upcoming comedy "Neighbors" than you might expect. Still, what works for Efron might not work for everyone. Take, for example, co-star Seth Rogen.

"That literally never occurred to me until I was working with Zac," Rogen said on the pushup tip. "I saw him doing it, I was like, 'Wooooow!' That's what guys do! I do pushups before a scene, I'm just really tired and sweaty."

So while Rogen may not be heading to the MTV Movie Awards to accept his win for Best Shirtless Performance anytime soon, Efron has already been nominated once, for his top-off turn in "That Awkward Moment."

Even though Efron has abs for weeks, he's got some stiff competition in the God of Thunder himself, Chris Hemsworth. Back on March 7 Efron threw down whatever a gauntlet is for torso muscles (chest-plate, maybe?) with the following tweet:

Though Efron swears he actually likes Hemsworth, and isn't trying to start a beef, he'll stick by the tweet.

"So I jokingly tweeted, if I beat him I'll accept it shirtless," Efron said. "Now I have to. I'm a man of my word. If I win, I'll do it."

Don't expect Rogen to ...

The ‘Simpsons’ Marathon Has Us Wondering What Else We Could Do In 12 Days

Let's get this part out of the way first: Whoooooo!!!!

That's pretty much all we can say about the news that FXX is going to make their $750 million investment in "The Simpsons" reruns count by kicking off their rebroadcasts with a 12 day marathon featuring all 552 episodes.

Every.

Single.

Episode.

So, from August 21 through Labor Day (September 1) you can strap in for what the network promises will be the longest continuous marathon in TV history.

That's a lot of time spent watching couch gags, so we wondered: What else could you do in the time it will take to watch every one of Homer's bad choices?

1. Visit The Moon ... Twice

2. Watch Every Episode Of "The Cape"
The (sort of) beloved NBC superhero drama premiered In January 2011 and died an ignoble death after just 10 episodes. With only 450 minutes to choose from, you could watch the entire run more than 36 times.

3. Get A Couple Of College Degrees
We know good things come to those who wait, but if we could get a BA in 7 days, hell, why not go for two?

4. Lose A Guy, With Two Days To Spare

5. Circle The Globe Twice Without Using Any Fossil Fuels
The sun-powered Solar Impulse 2 will try to circumnavigate the globe in five days next year.

6. Marathon The "Lord of the Rings" Trilogy 25.5 Times
We're talking special extended edition version, too.

7. Read The Entire "Harry Potter" Series
According to the Internet, it can be easily done in about two weeks.

8. ...

Should Danny Have Dumped Mindy? Relationship Experts Weigh In

I don't know about you, but my week was ruined when Danny broke up with Mindy on this week's "The Mindy Project." So, I did what any rational person would do: I contacted a pair of relationship experts to find out whether or not Dr. Castellano was right to cut romantic ties with Dr. Lahiri. (And then I made a private appointment for myself because my week was ruined by fictional people.)

A refresher: Back in January, Danny kissed Mindy on an airplane in the midst of some epic turbulence (Like one does) and then we all had to wait for several months -- with hands frozen in the "celebrate" position — until their relationship progressed. And progress it did — until Danny wanted to keep it a secret and Mindy didn't and then Danny broke up with her, feeding her that whole "you're my best friend, you're too important to me" line. Or maybe it wasn't a line, because this is a TV show and not real life.

A lot of us probably threw our shoes at our TV screens (Just me? Cool), but according to at least one expert, Danny might have had the right idea calling it quits.

"His real reason for breaking up with her might have been a lot more than what is presented on the surface," psychotherapist and relationship coach Toni Coleman told MTV News. "For him, he might have felt like he wasn't ready to go further with this. He had some ambivalence about it, he was unsure about it, which ...

‘Invincible’ Creator Robert Kirkman Responds To Controversial Last Scene

"The Walking Dead" creator Robert Kirkman has never shied away from a controversial topic. And in the April 9 debuting issue of his superhero book "Invincible," the main title character dealt with something that, unfortunately, has become a bit of a trope in modern comic books.

SPOILERS FOR "INVINCIBLE #110" PAST THIS POINT.

After his fiancée breaks up with him, Invincible (alter-ego name Mark Grayson) is flying through the air, upset, and is approached by a female alien named Anissa. She's part of a race called Viltrumites who have been exiled to Earth and asked to procreate in order to perpetuate their dying species.

Anissa explains she doesn't want to mate with a human, she wants to mate with the half-Viltrumite Grayson. He refuses. They fight. She rips off both their costumes, throwing him to the ground and raping him. At the end, she flies off promising she'll be back, and he should, "Man up."

Naturally, the comic reading public exploded, with reactions ranging the gamut of emotions. To find out more about why the plot point occurred, and what will happen next, we talked to Kirkman about the issue:

MTV News: How did you end up landing on this particular plot point? What made you decide to get Invincible to this point in the story?

Robert Kirkman: It's been planned for a while, ever since the Viltrumite plan of going to Earth, and procreating to reestablish their population through hybridization with humans. [It] was set up in issue 80 or so. It has been designed that Anissa would key in on Mark and ...

Watch Kevin Costner Play Catch With Himself

Kevin Costner loves sports.

The star, who plays a football general manager in the new movie has long been a staple in sports movies. While we're sure he likes football, it's clear his greatest love of all is baseball. After all, he starred in "Field of Dreams," "Bull Durham" and "For Love of the Game."

So naturally, we wondered: What would it be like if all of his baseball-playing characters had a catch? Well, it would probably look something like this video, where the middle-aged Costner and younger Costners get together to throw the ball under the lights.

It's actually kind of touching, in a completely random, out-of-left-field (get it?) sort of way. Take a look before checking out Costner's "Draft Day," which opens Friday.
