Every celeb has their patented photo pose. Miley Cyrus's just happens to be a bit more revealing than most — in that we can see all the way to her uvula. Yup, Miley has a penchant for licking stuff and, to be honest, we're about to diagnose a serious case of pica up in here.

Licking stuff doesn't seem to be a new affectation for Miley — unlike twerking — as we have been amply familiar with the pop star's taste buds since and maybe even before 2008, when a series of tongue-baring images from the set of "Hannah Montana: The Movie" emerged on the scene. We also, unfortunately, saw Cyrus getting down and dirty with a novelty cake presented to fiancé Liam Hemsworth last year — an image we have yet to eradicate from our brainpans.

Still, as the 2013 Video Music Awards creeps ever nearer, so has Miley's tongue — to everything from dolls to our reporters' faces. Perhaps she's just warming up for her performance at the event, where it's highly likely she'll out-Britney and Madonna, well, Britney and Madonna, by tangling tongues with...[insert inanimate object here].

"Rich Gang head to feet," Birdman told Sway days before the awards kick-off from Brooklyn on Sunday. "I'mma be swag baby, that's all I know. I'm Uptown, New Orleans — one thing we do do is swag out."

Birdman went on to explain that his Rich Gang movement is more than just the title of his compilation album, but also about a "flashy lifestyle."

"I just started a Rich Gang clothing line," Stunna said. "Me and Wayne also got the YMCMB clothing line."

The night before sitting on the red sofa, the Cash Money Records co-founder/CEO and his brother, Ronald "Slim" Williams, were named BMI Icons for helming their legendary label. The duo were treated to an all-star tribute, which included performances by DJ Khaled, Mystikal, Trina and Juvenile. The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards are just a day away, broadcasting live from Brooklyn's Barclays Center on August 25, and you never know who might run into while you're in town. Macklemore, for one, had a little hang time with his fellow VMA performer Robin Thicke in New York on Friday night.

Macklemore snapped a photo of himself with Thicke, throwing up the deuces backstage after their VMA rehearsals. Naturally, the ladies on Macklemore's Instagram account were definitely into it, with, caitxxoreo immediately suggesting, "You should do a duet together" and theloganstephens quickly, adding, "Too much perfection in one picture."

To date, Macklemore boasts a pretty impressive selfie collection, which recently included a photo of himself and Justin Timberlake -- before or after their memorable frozen yogurt date.

On Sunday night Macklemore will follow his mtvU Woodies and MTV Movie Awards performances with another energetic set at the MTV VMAs, and don't be surprised if he's up on the stage a few more times during the course of the night. He and his partner in crime, Ryan Lewis, are nominated for six awards this year--including Video of the Year with "Thrift Shop" and Best Hip Hop Video with "Can't Hold Us"--tying with Justin Timberlake.

Robin Thicke, who premiered his new , will also perform at the VMAs. He'll go up against Macklemore & Ryan Lewis for Video of the Year with the Pharrell and T.I.-featured smash "Blurred Lines."
