New Michael Jackson Music Coming In May

The Estate of Michael Jackson has approved the release XSCAPE, an album that features eight never-before-heard tracks from the late King of Pop.

The album — set to be released on May 13 — was helmed by Epic Records' Chairman and CEO L.A. Reid, with Timbaland serving as lead producer. Rodney Jerkins, Stargate, Jerome "Jroc" Harmon and John McClain also worked on the new songs, which were hand-picked by Reid.

According to a press release, Reid was given unlimited access to Jackson's archives by his Estate, and he chose from "four decades of material on which Jackson had completed his vocals."

"Modern music and artistry would look and sound completely different if not for the groundbreaking contributions Michael Jackson gifted to the world," Reid said in a statement. "Michael left behind some musical performances that we take great pride in presenting through the vision of music producers that he either worked directly with or expressed strong desire to work with. We are extremely proud and honored to present this music to the world."

The album takes its name from one of the new tracks, which was originally written and produced by Jackson, then "contemporized" by Jerkins — who had recorded the initial version in the studio with MJ.

XSCAPE will also be released in a Deluxe Edition, which includes the eight new songs in their original form. The album will be available for pre-order beginning on April 1 through iTunes. For more information on the project, fans are urged to check Jackson's official site.

Will Fabolous Finally Release Loso’s Way 2 This Summer?

It's been almost five years, and now the wait for Loso's Way 2 may finally be coming to an end.

"A record label has its processes, so you got to work at that," Fabolous told RealTalkNY of his upcoming sixth solo album, set to release on Def Jam. "I'm looking towards a summer release. It's good that I put the mixtape out because I wanted to tighten a couple of screws on the album and put the mixtape out while I did that. I used that to build some energy."

The mixtape he's referring to is The S.O.U.L. Tape 3, which dropped on Christmas. He's released multiple videos to support the project, including "Young OG," which hit the Net last week.

The third installment in The S.O.U.L. Tape series marked the Brooklyn rapper's fifth mixtape release since his last album, Loso's Way, hit stores in July 2009. Loso's Way 2 was first announced back in late 2009, with a proposed summer 2010 release. The freebies in the meantime have been crucial in Fab maintaining his musical relevance.

In 2012, he said that listeners would hear his development on the album. "This one is really growth and evolution," he told MTV News. "I think people know what I do — they know I've been in the game for a minute, but you gotta continuously show that growth and show that you're bringing something. It's the same thing, it's the same steps over and over again, but you gotta make it look new. It's not a rush. If you want something ...

Kesha Makes First Appearance Since Rehab, Belts Out Beyoncé

Kesha made her first public appearance since completing rehab — and dropping the dollar sign — earlier this month, walking the red carpet at the Humane Society's 60th Anniversary Gala in Beverly Hills on Saturday (March 29) night.

Kesha, who is an avid animal rights supporter, posed for photos on the carpet at the Beverly Hilton in a long, sheer halter dress, with her hair dyed in various hues and her fingers loaded with jewelry.

She didn't speak to reporters on the red carpet, but she was obviously in the mood to celebrate, as evidenced by an Instagram video shot by hair and makeup artist Vittorio Masecchia, which shows her and her pals singing along — very loudly — to Beyoncé's hit "Drunk in Love."

Hey, it's not Ed Sheeran, but it's close.

Kesha first entered the Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center in January to treat a long struggle with bulimia and, in her words, "to learn to love myself again." Since completing the program, she's kept a low profile, though in handful of messages to her fans, she thanked them for their support, and promised that she'd already begun working on new music. She also changed her Twitter handle from "KeshaSuxx" to "KeshaRose."

Nicki Minaj Made This Sick 5-Year-Old’s Dream Come True

John Wall launched his own social campaignto help a 5-year-old cancer patient get a chance to meet her idol, Nicki Minaj, and he definitely made that dream come true for Miyah.

Earlier this month the Washington Wizards player posted an Instagram video of himself and Miyah to get Nicki Minaj's attention, promoting the effort heavily with hashtags like #HelpMiyahMeetNicki and #PinkWigForMiyah. Miyah has undergone seven chemo treatments after being diagnosed with Stage 3B Burkitt's lymphoma last year, and all she wanted was a chance to meet Nicki and wear one of those infamous pink wigs.

Fortunately, it didn't take long for Nicki to respond. "Hi Miyah!!!! Let's see what we can come up with for a pretty little princess. ;)" she tweeted on March 7, acknowledging that she'd seen the clip.

That meet-up finally happened over the weekend and it's hard to say who had more fun — Nicki, or Miyah. The YMCMB rapper shared six photos of Miyah on Instagram, posing with that pink wig that she wanted so badly.

The photo spread was also accompanied by a video of the 5-year-old getting a little pep talk. "I'm so happy that you got your pink wig. I think you're beautiful without the pink wig but whenever you wanna play dress up and feel like a little Barbie doll that's fine," Nicki told her. "But remember, you promised me that you were gonna stay in school."

Oh, and she wasn't the only one giving out gifts. In one of her photos with Miyah, Nicki showed off some new jewelry. "She gave me ...

Benzino ‘Embarrassed’ By Getting Shot At His Mother’s Funeral

Getting shot on the way to your mother's funeral would dampen anyone's spirits, but Benzino looks to be doing well following the drama that he endured over the weekend.

"I'm good, I got shot in my arm. I got shot twice — one of the bullets grazed my back and one here," Benzino told Boston-based media outlet NEHip-Hop from his hospital bed, pointing to his right arm. "I got to do some physical therapy for a while on my hand, but I'm alright."

The rapper and star was shot by his nephew on Saturday while he was driving in a funeral procession for his mother, who passed away last week. Benzino was at one point described as being in but appeared to be making a full recovery in his first video interview since the shooting.

According to reports, Benzino was driving southbound on Route 3 in Duxbury, Massachusetts, when his nephew, 36-year-old Gai Scott, pulled up alongside his SUV and fired several shots. The gunman was arrested and charged with armed assault with intent to murder.

"I'm more embarrassed than anything else to be honest with you," Zino said. "Because me being a public figure and having people see that me and my family are going through that. I didn't appreciate that."

Benzino wouldn't elaborate on the shooting, citing the pending investigation, but found comfort with the thought of his mother resting in peace.

"At the end of the day, my mother is up there with her family now, and she's happy right now. I know she's resting," ...

How The ‘Walking Dead’ Finale Played Out In The Comics

Rick Grimes has seen better days. The forced the man to fight for his son's life, in one of the most brutal displays of violence the show has ever seen. By the end of the hour, Rick and his friends were captured by flesh-hungry cannibals — a cruel twist on the man-eating world of the zombie apocalypse.

For fans of the "Walking Dead" comic books, the events of the finale weren't entirely unexpected. The Terminus twist, as well as the demise of Joe and the Claimers, come straight out of the comics, albeit under different circumstances — not unlike how Lizzie and Mika's deaths took place on the show versus what happened in the comics.

Let's start with Joe's Claimers catching up with Rick. In the comics, Rick is on the road with Carl and Abraham, not Michonne, when a group of thugs comes along.

Just like Joe's group, these killers have "claimed" this road, and they want something from Rick in return — namely, his young son, Carl.

Rick doesn't let Carl go without a fight. As he did in the finale, Rick head-butts the leader of the group...

And then he takes a bite out of crime, McGruff style.

His mouth full of flesh and his heart full of hate, Rick comes after Carl's would-be rapist, and takes vengeance into his own hands.

The following morning, Rick reflects on the night's events, sitting down for a calm chat with his new pal, Abraham. On the show, Daryl filled in for Abraham here.

‘Walking Dead’ Finale: Will Anyone Escape Terminus Alive?

Warning: major spoilers from the are ahead.

Well. That was unpleasant.

After weeks of promising survival for all who arrive, Terminus turned out to be a complete and utter sham. In fact, the supposed sanctuary couldn't be further from its advertised purpose if it tried. Now, Rick Grimes and his companions are in captivity, waiting to become the next plate of food for Gareth, Mary, Albert and the rest of Terminus' termites.

As if that wasn't bad enough, Rick's imprisonment came mere moments after he was forced to rip a man's throat out and mutilate another guy who was about to "claim" Carl in the worst way imaginable. Now, all the Claimers are dead, and Rick Grimes Rage Mode has officially reactivated.

Needless to say, the wait until October's return of will be a long one. In the meantime, here are our lingering questions from the season four finale:

1. Does Rick have a new career in the making? The way he bit out Joe the Claimer's throat, it sure looks like Sheriff Grimes could retire the badge and cowboy hat in favor of becoming the post-apocalyptic world's greatest zombie impersonator. We've seen him wander around covered in guts and gore in the past, but the throat-bite took things to a whole new level.

While we're on the subject, is Rick a closet "24" fan? That throat-bite was classic season six Jack Bauer!

2. Didn't Daryl have a better play at his disposal? Rather than walking up to the captured Rick, Carl and Michonne and outing himself as their ally, ...
