‘Game Of Thrones’ Final Trailer: Beware The ‘Devil Inside’

The night is dark and full of terrors, as is the final trailer for season four.

HBO has released one last look at their upcoming season of "Thrones," bowing on April 6. The trailer plays to the tune of "Devil Inside" by Australian punk band INXS, and it's an appropriate theme, given the enormous sense of dread brimming throughout the footage.

At a glance, nearly all of the various plot threads left dangling at the end of season three are touched upon in the new "Thrones" trailer. In King's Landing, Tyrion Lannister remains at odds with his sister Cersei, while their reformed bad boy brother Jaime and new friend Brienne of Tarth wonder about the whereabouts of the missing Arya Stark.

In the far east of Essos, Daenerys Targaryen continues her warpath through Slavers Bay, her eyes set on the great city of Meereen.

In the North, Roose Bolton and his bastard Ramsay Snow contemplate their next move now that Robb Stark is out of the picture. Even further north, Jon Snow and the men of the Night's Watch prepare for Mance Rayder's wildling army's assault on the great wall of Westeros. And even further north than that, broken Bran Stark continues following his green dreams in pursuit of the legendary Three-Eyed Crow.

In short, there's a lot happening just in the new "Thrones" trailer alone, and it's barely more than a minute in length. That should give you an idea of what to expect from season four. As a reader of the novels, I can say with confidence that if the show ...

‘Glee’ 100th Episode, By The Numbers

This week's episode of "Glee" is all about the numbers: It's the series' 100th episode, a half-dozen cast members and guest stars who aren't gracing the (surprisingly well-kept) plastic chairs of the McKinley High School, and New Directions is in trouble over the number of dollars of school funding (zero) it has left. The episode even takes its name, "100," from the centurial number.

In fact, if one were to that narrow slice of Venn diagram overlap between "hardcore 'Glee' fan" and "someone who needs to teach a small child to count," this episode would be a great tool.

1. New character introduced named Wassup, Chace Crawford.

2. Pairs of over-the-knee socks in the Glee clubroom. (Rachel and Brittany, natch.)

3. Minutes into the episode it took to hear Mr. Schue say "gangsta."

For the sake of brevity, let's jump forward a bit.

2 million. Number of dollars Mr. Schuester has spent on the Glee Club's sets to perform for "literally just you" in recent months, according to Principal Sylvester's painstaking accounting.

In Tuesday (March 18) night's episode, the first part of a nostalgia-filled two-parter in honor of the show's milestone, tears were shed, guest stars resurrected and plotlines stalled in favor of what may be the most meta episode of "Glee" ever.

Mr. Schue, in recognition of the demise of New Directions, calls the troops home to Lima to cry a lot while looking at a plaque of Finn and to "reinvent in some way" old Glee Club songs for their final assignment. (Weirdly, none of the graduated members of the club pull a "you're ...

‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’: Get Your First Look At Quicksilver And Scarlet Witch

Marvel Studios fed its rabid superhero fanbase a few very meaty appetizers for next year's highly anticipated "Avengers" sequel, Tuesday (March 18).

"Avengers 2" isn't out until next summer, but the anticipation is already reaching a crescendo, especially with the first official member of the Avengers, Captain America, coming to movie screens for his own sequel, on April 4.

Following the "Marvel Studios: Assembling a Universe" special on ABC, fans got a one-minute sneak peek of the film, followed by some incredible concept art via Twitter featuring the Incredible Hulk and Black Widow, who were played in the first installment by Mark Ruffalo and Scarlett Johansson, respectively.

More importantly, the first official images of new cast members Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and twin sister Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) were shown. In the artwork, Quicksilver, who possesses superhuman speed, is shown in his signature blue costume, running through a throng of bad guys.

Scarlet Witch, who possesses the ability to manipulate reality, has a more youthful appearance than comic book fans are used to and her costume is updated from an all-red ensemble to a more fashionable look of brown pants, white top and red leather jacket.

Production for the Josh Whedon-directed juggernaut began February 11, with the first two weeks of filming taking place in Johannesburg, South Africa.

"The Avengers: Age of Ultron" hits theaters on May 1, 2015.

Sporty Spice Totally Crashed Little Mix’s Video Party: Find Out How

Little Mix has traded in their high heels for tennis shoes in the group's video for their new single "Word Up!" During the gym-themed clip, the foursomes are found pumping iron, sweating it out in a spin class and dancing with former Spice Girl Mel C, a.k.a. Sporty Spice, who the ladies said was a huge surprise for them on set.

"We didn't even know she was going to be there. Literally, we were filming and then she come running out," Jesi from the group told MTV News when asked how Sporty Spice's cameo came to be. "It was so weird though, I was thinking, God, I was such a massive fan."

But it wasn't just Little Mix who were starstruck during the making of the music video. Apparently Mel C's 5-year-old daughter, Scarlet Starr, is an equal opportunity listener when it comes to girl groups.

"The fact that she comes over with her daughter and was like, 'My daughter is such a massive fan — Can we get a picture or something?' " bandmate Perrie squealed with excitement. "She doesn't hold back either, she just goes for it. She's amazing."

The song serves as an official single for Sport Relief, an organization that unites the worlds of sports and entertainment to raise funds for charitable causes in both the U.K. and other countries around the world. Every purchase of "Word Up!" is helps Sport Relief meet their goal of creating jobs and better chances for 150,000 of the poorest people in sub-Saharan Africa, giving them the means to lift themselves, ...

Cody Simpson Channels Beyonce On Swerving New Single, ‘Surfboard’

Cody Simpson has clearly been doing a lot of growing up since the last time we heard from him.

The 17-year-old Australian pop star dropped his latest catchy single on Tuesday (March 18). It starts out as a laid-back summer song, but with a little dub-step, it quickly flips the switch to an urban-pop jam.

Perhaps the best part about the song is when Simpson get's all Queen B on us as he channels Beyonce's hit "Drunk in Love" and sings, "she on my surfboard, surfboard, gonna ride it- surfboard."

MTV News caught up with the contestant, who told us that it was just coincidence that both he and Beyonce have a love for surfboards.

"Everyone was like, 'Beyonce did that' and I had the idea for a while. And then Beyonce's came out and I absolutely love that song, but when I heard it I didn't know if it was going to affect my idea at all," Simpson said, clarifying that he recorded the track before Beyonce's single dropped. "And at the end of the day I thought about it so much and I thought 'Hey it's a part of pop culture right now,' if I was going to release this song it would probably be the best time to do it, so I decided why not just go along with it now."

The single, which was inspired by his love for surfing and his girlfriend, model Gigi Hadid, is definitely a departure from his previous work. Simpson, who is hoping to release his third album this summer, ...

Now We Know How Often Lena Dunham Vomits

Breaking news: We know a lot about Lena Dunham. Over the past three years, we've tuned into her HBO show, "Girls," most Sunday nights, we follow her on Twitter and we've basically already pre-ordered her book. But guess what? On the latest episode of comedian Marc Maron's podcast, WTF, we get to learn even more about Dunham in an hour-plus-long interview. (This is not a bad thing.)

Dunham not only revealed that she sometimes dreams about Harvey Weinstein chasing her with a mallet, but also her nicknames for boyfriend, musician Jack Antonoff, how often she barfs for one reason or another, her feelings on the Woody Allen scandal and more. Here are the most exciting things we learned about Dunham on the podcast.

You Don't Know Jack

"I call my boyfriend all kinds of s---," Dunham said of Fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff, whom she has been dating for more than two years. "Just like Bucket, Bumpy, Bubbles. Just anything that comes out of my mouth that sounds cute to me is his name."

She also called him "the most fun in the world." D'aww.

The Business Of Art

Though both of Dunham's parents are artists, you'd be hard pressed to find their older daughter at one of the galleries that she grew up in.

"I don't really go to anyone's art installations," she admitted. "Maybe in a reaction to my parents and the art installations I was forced to go to as a child, it's just very hard to get me to an art installation."

A Clean House

Though one might expect Dunham to live in a cluttered ...

The Westboro Baptist Church Remixed Lorde’s ‘Royals,’ And It’s Terrible

Have you ever wondered what Lorde's Lorde's "Royals" would sound like as an anthem for homophobic, likely deranged Christian zealots? Well, wonder no more, the Westboro Baptist Church has put their own sanctimonious spin on the chart-topping hit — and it's terrible.

The fundamentalist group — the very people who protested at the funerals of the likes of Steve Jobs and Michael Jackson — have picked the New Zealand-born singer (along with Young the Giant) as their next target, planning to picket her March 21 show in Kansas City, Missouri, in an effort to "warn the living."

By now, we've all learned to ignore them, and their claims that Lorde, whom they say has been elevated to idol status, "has NO wisdom worth having" and "doesn't have enough sense to put in a thimble." Even Lorde herself has found the whole thing rather hilarious, brushing it off sarcastically on Twitter.

But their remix to "Royals" cannot be ignored — simply because of how truly atrocious it is.

It takes her lyrical denunciation of pop culture and takes it five miles farther, as a warning of the apocalypse, and a look into the hell-bound future to sinners like Lorde.

Here's the full lyrics, in all their glory: We're coming to the end of all the flesh
We warned with pickets signs and songs and the movies
Shouldn't be proud you made this mess
You hear the trumpets sound, you'll feel God's envy

'Cause every song sings bare teeth ragin; sinning in the bedroom
bloodless coffin trashin your creator

You don't care
You're really badasses in your dreams
But in reality Christ ...
