No one knows how to tease us better than Nicki Minaj. Sometimes we actually can’t tell if she’s even teasing us, or if we’re just looking for more than there is.

She definitely teased her Barbz before she dropped her “Pills N Potions” video, and when she rapped about The Pink Print cover art on Wiz Khalifa’s “True Colors,” and again when she taught models how to “Anaconda” dance backstage at NYFW.

The latest examples are these very, er, voluptuous Instagram posts that she shared early on Monday morning (September 29). In both captions she thanks “Oscar” for that lovely wig she’s wearing, but are the photos really meant to show off that bob-cut wig? There’s so much more that catches the eye in these photos.

Anyway, what’s the new ‘do for? Are we getting another video from The Pink Print soon? Because she set the bar pretty high with that “Anaconda” video. (Which, apparently, she doesn’t think is that sexy).

(Chris Brown addresses rumors of gang affiliation)

Is Chris Brown gang affiliated? New reports claim that his alleged ties to the Bloods in Los Angeles is causing his family to worry, but the X singer told MTV News that he’s not involved with any crews.

“When you’re in L.A. and you’re around people, you meet everybody — you meet Crips, you meet Bloods, especially in this industry that I’m in,” he told MTV News during a sit-down on September 11. “I’m not in the country world, I’m not in the all-the-way pop world. [When] you’re in hip-hop, all of that meshes.”

TMZ recently reported that Chris Brown’s mother and his girlfriend, Karreuche, have asked his therapist to advise him against running in gang-affiliated circles, for the sake of his career and well-being. Breezy tells a completely different story, though.

“I’m cordial,” he said of his relationship with gang members.

Additionally, TMZ says the LAPD has reached out to club owners in Los Angeles to dissuade them from booking Chris Brown for shows. They claim that the violence following some of his performances have been triggered by members of his entourage.

There’s no better time than now. Months after unleashing his breakout hit “2 B’s (Danny Glover),” Young Thug has finally dropped an accompanying visual for the track.

For the video, it looks like director Be El Be mixed a haunted house with a brothel for a slightly terrifying effect and, of course, there’s the Birdman cameo.

This release comes just days before the new Rich Gang mixtape arrives on Monday, September 29, featuring collaborations from Thugga and Rich Homie Quan, along with other members of the Cash Money family. Birdman recently explained why he teamed up with the two young Atlanta rappers for his latest project.

“They were already working on a project, them two, and I said, ‘Let’s do it together. Let me take it to the next level for y’all, ’cause I see y’all got the potential and the talent,’” he told MTV News. “I just thought by them being together, it would be a stronger impact and then they still can do their solo things.”

Meek Mill has been in jail since July, but it looks like he might be on his way out soon.

Over the weekend Rick Ross shared a couple of photos of his MMG signee, still behind bars, but with a message that he should be back home shortly. One shot, posted to Instagram, showed Meek in his all gray sweats (no orange jumpers over here) posted up against a wall, in seemingly good spirits.

The second shot shows him hanging in the jail yard with a few cohorts, accompanied by Ross’ caption, “Meek in da building all OG’s roun’m.” So while we doubt that the Philly rapper is having the time of his life behind bars, he at least looks comfortable.

Earlier this month, Rozay confirmed that Meek’s sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money, which was scheduled to drop on September 2, would be delayed because of his legal troubles. He also shared an address for fans who wanted to keep in touch with Meek in the meantime.

Meek was sentenced to three-to-six months in jail for violating probation, and his request for early parole was denied during a court appearance on August 18.

Wiz Khalifa isn’t having the best week ever, but he still doesn’t seem to be losing his cool. On Wednesday, it became public news that his wife of about one year, Amber Rose, had filed for divorce. The reactions from fans were immediate, of course.

Things only got worse when Amber took to Twitter on Thursday (September 25), to confirm the news and pointedly accuse Wiz of cheating. She brushed off rumors that she was the unfaithful one, and thanked fans for their support.

Wiz, took to Twitter about an hour later, with two very calm tweets — considering that his crumbling relationship is currently a topic of conversation.

Christina Milian hasn’t publicly admitted that she’s dating Lil Wayne, but the cat’s pretty much out of the bag at this point. And apparently, everyone in the Carter clan isn’t too thrilled about this new relationship.

In a new interview with Malcom Music, Nivea — who was briefly engaged to Wayne and later had a child with him — confirmed the news, and explained that there was a family discussion about the issue.

A little more background on this story: Both Nivea and Christina Milian were previously married to The-Dream, so she and Christian Milian have, er, a lot…in common.

Amber Rose has reportedly filed for divorce from Wiz Khalifa, and judging by fan reactions, many hearts were broken as a result. The couple began dating in 2011, before having a baby and tying the knot last year. All along the way, they seemed to be madly in love, and it’s a shame to see them go their separate ways. Last weekend, Common debuted the remix of “Kingdom,” during a performance at the 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards, and he performed it the following day at the AAHH! festival in Chicago, as well. Jay Electronica and Vince Staples joined him for both sets, and now he’s officially released the remix.

The original song appeared on his July album Nobody’s Smiling, and the revamped version features moving verses from both Jay Elect and Vince. The song was performed in conjunction with a moving tribute to Mike Brown at the Bet Hip Hop Awards. The slain teen’s parents joined the rappers on stage for a moment of silence, with hands up in the air.
