The “Teen Wolf” Season 4 premiere is almost upon us, and we’re feeling alllllll the feels right now. The show is a drug, and we’re jonesing for our fix! Sadly, though, there are people, places and things that threaten to kill our natural high, and it’s up to us to guard against them. Here’s a list of the biggest offenders — avoid them at all costs from the hours of 10/9c-11/10c tonight.

1. When a family member suddenly decides that they’d like to “see what this Teen Wolf show is all about,” then proceeds to bombard you with questions throughout the entire hour.

2. That person who tells you it’s “just a show.” They need to back the eff up:

5. 11:01pm Monday. You mean I have to wait an ENTIRE week for a new episode?

Well, that certainly felt like a TKO.

On Tuesday night’s season finale of “Faking It,” the shots and jabs wouldn’t stop coming. Amy‘s tearful confession of her feelings for Karma? Sucker punch. Karma quietly explaining that she slept with Liam? Right hook. Liam’s face when he learned of Karma’s elaborate deception? Left hook. A very drunk and distraught Amy getting busy with an equally drunk and distraught Liam? Below the belt.

What will the last few moments of the episode mean for Season 2 of the show? One thing is for certain: Karma will find out about Liam and Amy’s hookup. And that ain’t good.

Given everything that went down, do you think Karma should bury the hatchet with her bestie? And should she still pursue a relationship with Liam now that he’s done the dirty with Amy? Sound off!

Oh, “Awkward.” — way to live up to your name. This season has been particularly tense and trying for everyone, especially Jenna. For one, she’s had to deal with lingering feelings for Matty. Then she went in a positive, new direction and started dating college hottie Luke. But now, after this week’s episode, we’re a little worried that Jenna’s in for some trouble (in paradise) with her latest beau.

When Tamara and J-Town burst in on Luke getting a sexy back-rub, he managed to quickly clear the air. You see, Luke wasn’t cheating on Jenna — the amateur (and decidedly female) massage therapist happened to be his bestie, Shane. And while Shane is exceptionally hot, well, she’s also a lesbian. This fact immediately calmed Jenna (and piqued Tam-Tam’s interest), but should the PHHS blogger be so easily convinced that everything’s cool? Sure, Luke seems like a decent guy, and Shane like ladies. But is it ever okay for your boyfriend to be getting a semi-nude rubdown from another woman?

Jenna seems super-willing to believe every word that comes out of Luke’s mouth, but maybe she shouldn’t. After all, they live in different towns, and he’s a college boy with temptation everywhere.

Leah Calvert is learning to take chances in beauty school.

The “Teen Mom 2” cast member, who’s studying cosmetology as we speak, has always been adventurous when it comes to trying out new makeup. But for someone so obsessed with style, she hasn’t veered much from her trademark ‘do — long and lovely.

Until now. This weekend, scissors were flying as Leah got a stunningly short cut and shared the results on her official Facebook page. That’s right: She shaved her head. Totally kidding.

She did, however, lose a lot of length, and from the looks of it, all of her signature waves and curls. So what do we think of her brand-new, stacked ‘n angled bob? It absolutely suits her, making Leah look beyond sophisticated. She’s a pretty lucky lady to be able to rock the Rapunzel look and try out more cutting-edge stuff like this.

Earlier this week, Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith celebrated their one-year anniversary as a couple, and lucky for the nine-months pregnant “Teen Mom 2” cast member, there were gifts galore from her pec-tacular beau.

Of course, it’s very romantic to commemorate the passage of time spent dwelling in bliss with your honey-bunny, but really, how can a girl resist jewelry and a killer dress from Michael Kors? Second only to diamonds, Michael Kors is totally a girl’s best friend.

Nathan is apparently quite privy to Jenelle’s tastes, and based on the level of ‘squee’ in her tweets, it’s clear she was thrilled with her presents.

But that’s not all (we wrote, sounding like an infomercial)! Nathan also got his craft-on, going all Bob Villa by creating a picture frame filled with a map of where he and Jenelle first met. Get out, Nathan. Just get out. There is a level of acceptable adorableness and you have surpassed it. Our hearts cannot take cuteness of this size and scope. Did we mention he also took her out to dinner? Because that happened, too.

It remains to be seen what Jenelle’s got up her sleeve for Nathan — she teased on Twitter that he’s about to get a huge surprise. (We can rule out a pregnancy announcement, though.)

If there weren’t already enough reasons to love Catelynn Lowell, she just gave us another.

The former “Teen Mom” castie just shared a new photo on Instagram, and it’s not your basic, duck-faced pout ‘n’ pucker selfie. Truth be told, we still would have been pleased if it was (<3 u selfies), but this picture is special — Catelynn has a co-star. Is it her doting boyfriend, Tyler? Nope. Not unless the dude has fallen victim to some evil witch’s spell that transformed him into a pig!*

Snooki is getting ready to say “I do” to longtime beau Jionni LaValle, and plans for her “Great Gatsby”-themed nuptials are well underway. The hot mama’s sense of style has always been bold, so it’s not surprising that she intends to wear a gown that’s dramatic when she sashays down the aisle. If you’re anything like us, you’re hoping she manages to find the sartorial equivalent of a hair bump-it for her big day, but it appears as if she’s going in another direction. That is, if her website teases are to be believed.

The MTV star knows we are desperate to learn details about her wedding style, and hopped online last night to taunt us! The update features a pic of Snooki striking her favorite photo-op angle — the side-profile view — and looking stunning in a long, flowing, mermaid gown.

Very glam! Still, don’t get too attached to this specific frock, because it isn’t “the one.” *Shakes fists at the heavens*

While Jenelle is all swoon-like over her man’s pecs, she’s clearly missing the fact that now, should he feel so moved, Nathan could easily don a cape and become Super-Nathan, able to defend her and their unborn Kaiser bun from any and all trouble and danger. The world needs more real-life superheroes and we’re psyched to see that Nathan — and his newly primed physique — have not hesitated to step up to the plate. Who wants to write his theme song? Show of hands?

In this scenario, Jenelle’s definitely a Mary Jane type (sorry, Peter Parker, Nathan gets the girl). We say this solely because we love when her hair has any red in it whatsoever. And “Nathan Griffith: Superdad” is already primed for a sidekick! Kaiser is a dope, superhero-style name, and with such a ripped dad, he’s bound to have abs before the terrible two’s hit.
