Kris Jenner may have an empty nest sooner than she was expecting. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” matriarch recently saw off daughter Kendall, who moved into a nearly $1.4 million Los Angeles condo earlier this year. Now, Kylie Jenner, reveals she’s eyeing her own piece of prime real estate — away from her mom’s Calabasas crib.

In an interview with the U.K.’s Miss Vogue , (via E! News), Jenner revealed she missed her runway model sister “but I see her all the time … and I’ll start looking for my own place in six months.”

It seems unlikely 17-year-old Kylie will be rooming with her partner-in-crime, though, since Kendall famously shared that her baby sis is kind of well, a slob.

“She’s really dirty. She’s the messiest person ever and does not care,” Kendall told DuJour mag in a feature last month. “Literally she’ll sleep at my house for one night and I’ll go into the guest room and it’ll be trashed.”

No word on how mom Kris is handling this latest news since she reportedly cried herself to sleep when her runway regular teen first moved out.

While we’ve established that Taylor Swift will not be coming for any of her exes on her 1989 album, the “22″ star did admit to a lyrical lashing that has left us basically incapable of concentrating on anything else.

In a revealing new interview with Rolling Stone, Taylor tells the writer that a song titled “Bad Blood” — the “angriest” on 1989, the mag contends — is a collection of all of the shelved mental burns she thought of but never managed to lob at a certain female musician-turned-frenemy.

“For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not. She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, ‘Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?’ ” Swift recalled. Then last year, “She did something so horrible. I was like, ‘Oh, we’re just straight-up enemies.’

What’s more, Swift recounted that the beef wasn’t even about a boy — just business. And it was one feud she just couldn’t shake off. Taylor said the woman, whom she declined to identify, “tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I’m surprisingly non-confrontational– you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It’s awkward, and I don’t like it.”

It’s probably not how a superstar DJ wants to celebrate his 25th birthday, but on the day he hit the quarter-century mark (September 8), Avicii confirmed that he would cancel all of his scheduled performances, citing health concerns.

Reps for the Swedish DJ/producer confirmed to Billboard that the EDM phenom would hit pause on “all touring and promotional activities” as issues related to earlier surgeries continue to plague him.

Avicii (born Tim Bergling) underwent surgery to remove his gallbladder and appendix earlier this year. The sudden hospitalization forced him to miss Ultra as well as a string of shows beginning in April. “I’m sorry to postpone the shows this month,” he wrote at the time. “I sincerely rly wish I didn’t have to but unfortunately theres no going around it.” The Swede had been suffering from abdominal pain, nausea and fever. A year earlier, in March 2013, he was treated for acute pancreatitis in Australia over six days.

This past July, Avicii seemed to be happily focused on recording his next album, the follow-up to his 2013 smash True, telling Rolling Stone he had lined up an eclectic roster that included Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong and Coldplay’s Chris Martin for his sophomore record.

Cole insisted on his searing tribute to Michael Brown that all that young black men “wanna do is break the chains off,” it resonated because it acknowledged that the shooting of an unarmed, African-American teen by a white police officer in a St. Louis suburb seemed to be rooted in race. But an eye-opening national survey conducted by the Pew Research Center last week proves that many Americans still aren’t convinced the color of Brown’s skin is at the heart of this case.

Over the course of four days, 1,000 adults from across the U.S. weighed in on the Brown shooting. The survey subjects were divided overall, but never more so than when blacks and whites addressed the same issues.

African-Americans were overwhelmingly eager to engage in a broad discussion about race in America, with most saying the Brown case had pushed the topic to the forefront.
The shooting in Ferguson raises important issues about race that merit discussion:

37% of whites agree

But white Americans weren’t as quick to equate the Brown case with race. Nearly half thought the issue was being overblown.

Maybe it’s because she celebrated a milestone birthday today (July 11), but Lil’ Kim was in a giving mood. On the afternoon of her 40th, the diminutive diva shared the first pic of her newborn “princess,” Royal Reign.

Born on June 9, the adorable rap scion was photographed while swathed in white blankets and a matching knit cap. A clearly emotional Kim first hashtagged her fan army by their various Killer Bee handles, thanking them for the born-day wishes, before gushing about her little bundle.

MIAMI GARDENS, Florida — Beyonce and Jay Z launched their On the Run Tour here on a sticky Wednesday night, and while the spouses didn’t advertise any catchy tagline for their joint run, “the couple that tours together, stays together” occurred to me as rather fitting.

You see, Mr. and Mrs. Carter had come on a mission — “we celebratin’ love,” as Jay put it — and they offered up their own high-altitude union as a flaws-and-all prototype. Married since 2008 and together for more than a decade, hip-hop’s Bonnie & Clyde spent the better part of two hours at Sun Life Stadium (capacity: 76,000) demonstrating how to share a stage, egos aside.

They flirted, winked, kissed (yes, kissed!) and … took each other in. They toggled, repeatedly, and mostly seamlessly from one megastar catalog to the other and took fan-favorites in surprising new directions — ones that imbued them with pathos that hadn’t been there before. “Finally, you put my love on top,” sent chills when Bey wailed those words now. “Why Don’t You Love Me” similarly seemed to reopen old wounds.

At first, Bey’s showmanship and marathon-level energy seemed to threaten to cast a shadow over her husband, who frequently commanded the stage solo while Mrs. Carter was supported by a bevy of backup dancers and singers. But with each toss of the musical baton, Jay seemed to draw momentum from both the crowd and the “Crazy in Love” singer.
