Madonna has always been a fighter, so it’s no surprise that she’d have a few qualms with Instagram’s prude rules about nudity.

Perhaps that’s what sparked her to post a topless photo of herself “in her birthday suit” on Instagram to celebrate the occasion yesterday. Is it just me or is Madge channeling some serious Marilyn Monroe vibes in this photo?

Notice how the flash very cleverly hides her offending nipple? Her post is definitely a big middle finger to Instagram’s policies, but she’s learned from Rihanna’s mistakes and hopefully won’t get her account suspended for the pic.

Just in case we didn’t have enough glorious footage from the “On The Run” tour to be appropriately hyped for the HBO special that Beyoncé and Jay Z have been teasing, they’ve given us a little more.

In a new clip to promote the concert special, Beyonce is doing her best Nancy Sinatra impression—and it just works.

It seems like Beyoncé might actually be incapable of doing anything wrong at this point, but there’s something especially poignant about her rendition of Sinatra’s “Bang Bang.” It’s only a brief snippet of the song, but her stylization as a 1960s singer in sequins and a perched veil help add to the aura of mystique that the tour has already cultivated, and the supercut of performance footage that follows only enhances that.

If you’re unfamiliar with the song, you can hear Nancy’s original song here. Perhaps Beyonce didn’t want Lana Del Rey to be the only one tapping into the iconic singer’s legacy.

Because Bey has gone in more of a hip-hop and huge pop direction with her new album, it’s easy to forget that she still fiercely shines on subdued, intense ballads. That might be the real reason she’s brought “Resentment” back into her set—to show off this set of skills—and not because of any divorce rumors. She’s pretty much shut down the divorce rumors by now anyway.

James Franco Dave Skylark is back with another teaser for “Dave Skylark’s Very Special VMA Special” and this time, he’s hitting Iggy Azalea with the tough questions.

Of course, Franco is in his character from the upcoming movie “The Interview” and so far, the previews we’ve had of Dave Skylark are just as hilarious as we’d expected.

“What about LL Cool J?” Franco/Skylark questions the rising Australian rapper, in what we can only guess is an attempt to find other Australian rappers.

But how does Iggy respond?? And what else will they discuss tonight, Sunday, August 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT when the special airs? Guess you’ll have to watch the extremely special special to find out!

Yesterday, Missouri governor Jay Nixon declared Ferguson, Missouri to be in a state of emergency following the protests surrounding the death of Michael Brown. The Governor imposed a curfew on citizens from midnight until 5 a.m. and Captain Johnson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol promised to help enforce the nighttime restriction.

But last night when midnight came around, many protestors showed no signs of returning home.

Though Captain Johnson said that tear gas and smoke grenades would not be used to enforce the curfew, the now-familiar riot gear, tear gas and armored vehicles did appear when many protestors failed to comply with the curfew’s strict midnight cut-off. The New York Times reports that seven people were arrested for “failure to disperse” and Johnson confirmed this in a press conference early this morning.

The brief press conference was held at 3 a.m. this morning. Johnson revealed that there were subjects on the roof of a Red’s Barbecue, a restaurant in the area, and reports of an armed gunman in the street around the area.

There was also a report of a shooting victim and a shooting at a police car. Johnson said the shooting victim is a male in critical condition and there are currently no leads on the shooter. He said it was these circumstances that motivated Johnson’s decision to use tear gas, smoke and other measures.

Congratulations to Christina Aguilera and fiancé Matt Rutler—the couple had their baby! US Weekly reports that Christina gave birth to a girl yesterday on Saturday, August 16 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The singer, 33, delivered via C-section for the birth.

The couple broke the news that they were expecting last February, just a week after their adorable Valentines Day engagement.

It is the second child for Christina, who has a 6-year-old son Max Liron with her ex-husband Jordan Bratman.

The pregnancy certainly didn’t stop Christina from hitting the studio, so maybe now that the bundle of joy is finally here we’ll be getting some new music!

No word on a name yet, but we’re going to give them another few days on that decision. Congratulations to the couple!

The headline kinda says it all right? You’re about to watch Taylor Swift get doused with a bucket of ice cold water. Watching the perfectly put-together queen of heartbreak get absolutely DRENCHED with water is just too good to pass up.

One of the reasons fans loveDemi Lovato is because she’s always been candid about her own personal struggles. She even opened up in MTV’s 2012 documentary “Demi Lovato: Stay Strong” about depression, eating disorders, self-harm and more following her time at a treatment center in 2010.

In 2011, she revealed she was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, and more recently as Billboard reports, the VMA nominee announced she’ll be joining The Mental Health Listening & Engagement Tour to further advocate for mental health support and treatment.

As part of the announcement she shared a PSA where she talks about bipolar disorder. The Jed Foundation, which promotes emotional health and preventing suicide, helped launch the Sunovion Pharmaceuticals-supported tour.

“Bipolar depression really got my life off track,” she shares in the PSA clip. “But today I’m proud to say I am living proof that someone can live, love and be well with bipolar disorder when they get the education, support and treatment they need.”

Lovato says in the video that through the tour she will be learning from mental health advocates and hopes to be a source of inspiration for others. “I want to shine a light on the people out there who, like me, are learning to live well mental illness by getting the right diagnosis and finding the right treatment plan,” she explains in the video. “I want to be the most informed and powerful advocate I can be and to help ...

If you’re anything like us, you’ve marathoned through “House Of Cards” and are jonesing for more. Fortunately, Underwood has returned to cook up a hilarious video with none other than former First Lady and U.S. senator Hillary Clinton.

In this video for the The Clinton Foundation featuring Spacey is full-blown Underwood, but playing just one character isn’t enough for him, so he prank calls Hillary Clinton pretending to be Bill.

For the clip, “Underwood” does a spot-on Bill Clinton impersonation and implores Hillary to purchase an elephant for his upcoming birthday. In reality, Bill turns 68 this Tuesday, (August 19), but the gift request is a reference to Hillary and Chelsea Clinton’s campaign to curb elephant poaching and ivory trafficking.

“Don’t you think that could be a little dangerous for our dogs?,” Hillary deadpans. Undeterred, Spacey/Underwood/Clinton/ then suggests some choice names for Chelsea’s baby, but his gag is up when Hillary calls Spacey out and asks him to sign Bill’s birthday card.

There’s also a clever reference to Hillary’s potential presidential bid, which we won’t spoil for you.

Silly Frank, at this point in the game, there’s just no fooling Hillary.

“OH MY GOD! Oh my God, ohmygod, ohmygod!” is pretty much the appropriate response to Daniel Radcliffe surprising fans in a movie theater. And that’s exactly the reaction the “What If” star elicited when he snuck up on unsuspecting moviegoers following a screening of the film. One girl jumped about seven feet away from him and could hardly take the shock!

In the Buzzfeed Video, fans were interviewed under the guise of sharing their thoughts on the movie, but in reality they were summoned to be surprised by the star.

Amid fans swooning over the movie itself in the clip – Fans are busy co-signing “What If” with reactions like “It was really adorable,” “It was really funny,” and “It was really whimsical” when Radcliffe sneakily jumps into the conversations and introduces himself. And the results are just so charming—the fans reactions were priceless.

“I am freaking out!” says one, and who wouldn’t? Hugs are exchanged and Radcliffe seems genuinely happy and even a little relieved that the moviegoers loved his film. “What if they hated it?” he wonders aloud.

“That was me scaring the s— out of a bunch of people, which is always fun,” Radcliffe said. “It is always nice to like get that kind of genuine reaction from people… I was just delighted that they were into the idea.”

Given how down to earth Radcliffe is with his fans, we’d venture to say he had nothing at all to worry about!
