Meek Mill has to do his time alone, but while the Philadelphia MC is spending three to six months in prison for a probation violation, he will have the full support of Rick Ross and his Maybach Music crew.

“I created MMG years ago, my desire was to create a space where the most talented artists in the world could be nurtured and supported. With that came a commitment. I vowed to support these artist, through the good and the bad,” Ross said to MTV News in a written statement sent on Saturday (July 12).

“Every individual signed to MMG is not just an artist, they are my family. And with family you ride, or you die. Yesterday, my brother, Meek Mill ran into some unfortunate legal issues. It happens. However, his team, our team, will continue to execute Meek’s plan as close to schedule as possible,” the label CEO continued.

On Monday, Meek excitedly announced the release date for his upcoming sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money. As of now, the anticipated LP is slated to drop on September 9, but after Mill was taken into custody on Friday and handed a three to six month prison sentence there are questions about whether the date will stick. Ross assures fans that the project will be delivered in a timely matter.

Still in withdrawal from “Breaking Bad” going off the air? These photos from the spin-off, “Better Call Saul” might do the trick. AMC released the photos along with the series regular cast, giving fans a closer look at what to expect from the prequel.

Set in Albuquerque, New Mexico the show takes place in 2002, six years before sleazy lawyer Saul Goodman (played by Bob Odenkirk) meets Walter White. The show will focus on the character as he was first known as Jimmy McGill, a man hustling to make ends meet and searching for his destiny, who later evolves into the Goodman “Breaking Bad” fans are familiar with.

Cast members include “Breaking Bad” hitman Mike Ehrmantraut (played by Jonathan Banks), and Michael McKean as Saul’s brother Chuck, along with other characters who toe the wrong and right side of the law.

“Breaking Bad” creator Vince Gilligan directed the first episode, with the first 10-episode season making its debut in early 2015. A 13-episode second season already approved. Do you think “Better Call Saul” will become the cult classic that “Breaking Bad” was? Let us know in the comments!

New music from Radiohead might be on the way!

Guitarist Johnny Greenwood told Mary Anne Hobbes’ of the BBC 6Music show that the band will be heading to the studio in September to record new music.

“We’re going to start up in September, playing, rehearsing and recording and see how it’s sounding,” Greenwood said.

The group’s last album together was 2011′s King Of Limbs, and since they finished touring for its release, they’ve all been pursuing solo projects. Specifically, Thom Yorke has been touring with his side project Atoms For Peace, a supergroup of sorts that includes the Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea and longtime Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich among others.

Earlier in the year, Johnny’s brother Colin Greenwood who plays bass for Radiohead, said plans were up in the air.

“It’s all up in the air at the minute. Thom’s just come back from touring Atoms For Peace and he’s having some quiet time,” Colin said. “I’m sorry to be vague but we’re all just taking it easy at the moment. Just enjoying being at home and hanging out really. But at the same time, the vibe is very much Oxford and all good! It’s like that.”

Does this mean a new album? New songs? Could a record feasibly come together before the end of the year? We have so many more questions! Guess we’ll wait till September and see if any other reports of new music and recording sessions begin to surface.

This is one possibility we totally don’t want to say “As If!” to. The 1995 cult classic film “Clueless” is being developed for the Broadway stage by its original director, Amy Heckerling. Heckerling has already written the script and song lyrics, so all that’s left to do is to start filling in the cast. Which, of course, has fans pointing to their favorite pop stars.

There’s only a few special ladies who could fill Cher’s red strappy shoes—and slip into that Calvin Klein dress—but New York Mag’s Vulture is reporting that a certain “Teenage Dream” singer has already thrown her hat in the ring. “Katy Perry has expressed interest, and I love her to death,” Hecerkling told Vulture.

But just in case the singer can’t commit to the grueling show schedule, Heckerling also has her eye on Iggy Azalea, who recreated classic “Clueless” scenes for her “Fancy” video, down to the yellow plaid skirt and knee socks.

“Maybe Iggy wants to do it,” Heckerling said. “It looked like they had more money for the video than I had for the movie. But I was extremely flattered and I thought she was amazing. And whoever did the costumes, I don’t know how they did that.”

After all, all Iggy would have to do is don the same knee high socks and take the Aussie accent into Beverly Hills high school mode to shut down the likes of Amber.

Keri Russell might have recently collaborated with one of the directors behind the show that launched her career, but that doesn’t mean that “Felicity” — or even “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes,” which was helmed by the show’s creator Matt Reeves — was her favorite work experience.

“[With] ‘Felicity’ I was the main person,” she told MTV News. “That was a real grind. I think because Matt and J.J. [Abrams] had never [produced a show] before, and we were creating a really cinematic show for the olden days… we worked a lot of hours.”

Instead, Russell says that it’s her current, critically acclaimed FX drama “The Americans” that’s fueling her creative fire — and giving her a chance to catch up on some family time.

“What I love about ‘The Americans’ is the 13 episodes, which means I can work really hard for four and a half months, and then be with my kids, or go do a movie, do a play,” she continued, adding that the material itself is also a reason to celebrate (we agree).

“Just the quality of working on cable right now is just the best place to work,” she said. “Especially being an actress — it’s tough right now in movies. There are a few, a handful, that I think are great movies. If you win the lottery and get to be the girl in that movie, you have maybe one good scene. You’re usually someone’s girlfriend, or a mom, ...

Tracy Morgan is suing Wal-Mart after a late night car crash on the New Jersey Turnpike left him in critical condition last month. The comedian is currently rehabbing his injuries of a broken leg and ribs.

The accident occurred June 7 when Morgan’s limo bus was struck by Wal-Mart driver Kevin Roper, leaving four people injured and taking the life of fellow comedian Kevin McNair.

The complaint was filed in New Jersey on Thursday, July 10, and The Hollywood Reporter has obtained a copy. An excerpt claims that Morgan’s injuries were a direct result of Wal-Mart’s negligence.

“Wal-Mart was careless and negligent in the ownership and operation of its motor vehicle, which caused Mr. Morgan to suffer severe personal injuries,” the report reads. “As a direct and proximate result of said collision, Mr. Morgan was caused to sustain severe painful bodily injuries, including but not limited to multiple fractures which required multiple surgeries, extensive medical treatment and will require significant physical rehabilitation.”

The lawsuit also states that Wal-Mart should have known their driver was awake for more than 24 hours (a violation of New Jersey law) and that the 700-mile commute from Georgia to Delaware was unreasonable, alleging that he fell asleep at the wheel.

Roper has pleaded not guilty to charges of vehicular homicide and assault by auto. The lawsuit seeks a jury trial as well as punitive and compensatory damages.

“Harry Potter” star Dave Legeno was found dead after hiking in a remote part of California’s Death Valley, according to police reports. He was 50.

The U.K.’s Telegraph reported on Friday (July 11) that the Inyo County Sheriff’s office had confirmed Legeno was discovered early Sunday morning by a pair of hikers.

The sheriff’s department dispatched a helicopter to locate and recover the body of the British actor, who was best known for playing werewolf Fenrir Greyback in the blockbuster wizard series.

“It appears that Legeno died of heat-related issues, but the Inyo County Coroner will determine the final cause of death,” a spokesman for the sheriff’s department said. Authorities went on to confirm that there were no signs of foul play.

Legeno, who also appeared in 2000′s “Snatch” and 2005′s “Batman Begins,” was set to star in the upcoming film “Sword of Vengeance.”

Tom Felton, who played villain Draco Malfoy on “Harry Potter,” took to Twitter to pay homage to his co-star.

Additionally, Felton posted a pictured of the two in full costume on set to Instagram with an equally heartfelt caption.

“Dave Legeno. It was always a pleasure. He was a great talent with a heart of gold and always had time for anyone. Dave was a soft, kind gentleman off screen but had the skill to be the complete opposite on screen. He taught me lots, You will be missed mate xx #DaveLegeno,” he wrote.
