Spy pics for the upcoming sequel “Avengers: Age Of Ultron” have been hitting with some regularity, and the latest might be the most revealing yet.

This is pure speculation, because I have neither read the script, nor have any inside info on the movie. However, there have been persistent rumors than the sequel will pick up with the team attacking Baron Strucker’s (Thomas Kretschmann) stronghold somewhere in Europe, and coming into battle with Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor Johnson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen).

What we do know for sure is that Strucker was last seen in an unknown stronghold during the credits of “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” holding “The Twins” prisoner in clear glass cells. Strucker works for the evil organization HYDRA, and is in possession of Loki’s scepter from the end of the first “Avengers.”

We also know from “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” that Strucker’s bunker is one of the HYDRA outposts still held hostage well after the events of “Winter Soldier,” and that what’s left of S.H.I.E.L.D. is still looking to get that building back.

With all that in mind, as well as rumors that cite the opening scene having a fight in a forest, take a look at these pictures from the set, just snapped the other day, and see what you think:

Nicole Polizzi is gearing up to say “I do” — and the future Mrs. Jionni LaValle shared a sneak peak at a truly unique veil option on her Celebuzz site:

Something tells us the “Snooki & JWOWW” star won’t actually don the Disney-inspired headpiece at her “Great Gatsby”-themed nuptials (she’ll be trying to channel Daisy Buchanan, after all), but she still looks every bit the blushing bride-to-be — even with plush mouse ears.

“Wedding stuff with my main squeeze,” she captioned the above snapshot, in which the guidette is flashing a big smile as she poses with her son Lorenzo. Perhaps she purchased the adorable accessory during the family’s recent trip to the Magic Kingdom?

The former “Jersey Shore” cast member also added a selfie on Facebook, along with the simple caption “#BrideMode.”

This isn’t the first time Nicole has teased a possible wedding look — she recently showed off a Mermaid-style gown and said that while it wasn’t “the one,” she “can’t wait” to reveal her actual frock. But we want to see it now!

Oh Purple One, your views on social media have changed so dramatically! Once, Prince (The Artist) wouldn’t deign to do anything on the World Wide Web, but no one is safe from the lure of the Internet. Not only does he now tweet at @3rdEyeGirl and Instagram, but he is working on a song that’s inspired by the #ThisCouldBeUsButYouPlayin meme.

Yes, it is Prince who will bring this unstoppable meme to life.

When the craze hit its peak, one of the most popular photos was this shot from Purple Rain of Prince and Apollonia cruising on a motorcycle. Although the photo that Prince tweeted is slightly different, the song snippet he tweeted along with it plainly features the line “This could be us, but you playing.”

The dropbox link has been overloaded because so many people have been trying to download the snippet, but hopefully Prince will grace us with the full version soon.

He is working on a new album called PLECTRUMELECTRUM with his band 3rdEyeGirl, but he also recently said he is working on a new Prince record as well. No word on when either of this will be released, or which one might include this new meme song.

HBO has a new show coming up called “The Leftovers.” It’s a serious exploration of what happens when a percentage of the world’s population completely disappears, leaving the rest of the world emotionally broken beyond repair.

The adaptation of Tom Perrotta’s critically acclaimed novel is run by “Lost” mastermind Damon Lindelof, directed by “Friday Night Lights” maestro Peter Berg, and includes a cast of incredible actors like Justin Theroux, Liv Tyler, Amy Brenneman Christopher Eccleston and a talented group of young newcomers.

So naturally, when MTV News caught up with all of them on the red carpet in New York, we asked them what’s hanging out in their fridge:

We’ll let you discover exactly which leftovers the cast of “The Leftovers” likes best, but suffice to say it’s a three-way tie between pizza, chinese food and surprise entry Thanksgiving dinner.

Eminem isn’t just an accomplished hitmaker, but the 8 Mile-bred rhyme animal is a heavily tested battle veteran as well. Though Slim has been mild-mannered lately, it seems that he is ready to step back into rap’s arena and do battle with Busta Rhymes on the Dungeon Dragon’s new single “Calm Down.”

Last night, members of Busta’s team posted a photo with him and Em on the Internet and on Friday (June 27), MTV got our hands on the single’s artwork. The song is scheduled to be released on July 1, but Bus has been teasing the track since last September.

“I’ve got a six-minute record with Eminem that sounds like we are respectfully trying to battle each other in a way that you probably never heard us battle in our entire careers on a record,” he told XXLMag.com.

Scoop DeVille, the song’s producer, spoke to MTV News about the track last year when he walked the red carpet for the 2013 American Music Awards.

“[I'm] working with Busta Rhymes, I have a single coming out with him called ‘Calm Down’ with Eminem and that’s a six-minute record where they’re battling each other for like 30 to 50 bars apiece. It’s pretty crazy,” he said.

July 1 can’t get here fast enough.

Don’t worry, “Boy Meets World” fans: A decade and a half later, Cory Matthews is still “a sweet nerd.”

Mr. Matthews himself, Ben Savage, stopped by MTV News headquarters ahead of tonight’s premiere of the new sitcom “Girl Meets World” to chat about what his character has been up to in the 14 years since “Boy Meets World” took its final bow.

Savage, of course, spent seven seasons playing the adorkable (it’s in the dictionary now, we can use it to describe non-Deschanels) Cory, whose trials and triumphs and cute awkward kisses with Topanga (Danielle Fishel) we remember fondly. Cory — and now-wife Topanga and tween daughter Riley — are back in “Girl Meets World.”

Savage said that he didn’t re-watch “Boy” in preparation for the new series, in which he plays the history teacher of his daughter’s class.

“I didn’t because this show is a different entity than ‘Boy Meets World,’ and it takes place 14 years later,” he said. “It’s not the Cory Matthews that we left off in 2000.”

Don’t expect a total character makeover though: “He’s still neurotic, he’s still sweet, he’s still sort of funny — or at least thinks he is — he still likes cake a lot and he’s still kind of a nerd, but a sweet nerd. He’s kind of different, but the same.”

Just as familiar as Cory’s quirks are some of the characters who will pop up in “Girl Meets World.” Minkus, where have you been!

News has been relatively mum on “Star Trek 3,” the sequel to last year’s “Star Trek Into Darkness” since former co-writer Robert Orci took over directing duties from J.J. Abrams. Now, Orci has gone on record with the “Humans From Earth” podcast (and helpfully transcribed by TrekMovie), teasing just where the next film in the series will be set:

“In [Into Darkness] they set out finally where the original series started,” Orci said. “The first two films – especially the 2009 [Star Trek] – was an origin story. It was about them coming together. So they weren’t the characters they were in the original series. They were growing into them and that continues on in the second movie. So in this movie they are closer than they are to the original series characters than you have ever seen. They have set off on their five-year mission. So their adventure is going to be in deep space.”

This parallels where the official tie-in comic from IDW has been heading, as it follows the adventures of Captain Kirk and crew between the movies. Though various adventures have pulled the Enterprise back towards Earth’s orbit, they’ve begun that fabled five-year journey in earnest.

But with Earth out of the running, where, exactly, will “ST3″ pull its bad guys from? Here are 10 possibilities of villains for the sequel:

Klingons

The NBA cares. If you’re a basketball fan, chances are you’ve heard the slogan and have seen commercials for the league’s community outreach initiative. But on Thursday night at the 2014 NBA Draft in Brooklyn, the league showed that “NBA Cares” is more than a slogan by ceremoniously drafting 20-year-old college star Isaiah Austin.

Austin, a 7-foot-1 center from Baylor, was all set to enter the NBA Draft before he was diagnosed with Marfan syndrome on Sunday. Marfan is a genetic disorder which affects the heart, and if Austin plays basketball at a competitive level, his heart could rupture.

Despite the career-ending news, newly appointed league commissioner Adam Silver invited Austin to the draft as his special guest and called him to the podium between the 15th and 16th pick, allowing the baller to live out part of his dream.

During this past college season, Austin revealed that he had a prosthetic right eye, after suffering a detached retina. Still, the center was expected to be drafted pretty high, until doctors discovered the genetic disorder after routine testing.

When Austin’s name was called, the crowd at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center rose to their feet and gave him a standing ovation.

“For Commissioner Silver to even invite me here was a tremendous blessing and it just shows how much class that man has,” Austin told ESPN. “It’s really been a tough week for me, and it’s been really rough. I’ve just had a tremendous amount of support from everybody around the world, telling me ...
