Daniel Radcliffe Gets Covered In Puppies: See The Pics

These wonderfully surreal photos of Daniel Radcliffe walking a gaggle of dogs in Manhattan’s Bryant Park on June 30 have been confirmed to be from the set of Judd Apatow’s new movie “Trainwreck,” but we kind of prefer a reality where Harry Potter takes his first trip to NYC and gets stuck walking a bunch of his Animagi friends, who are undercover for some reason:

Anyway, the ten adorable dogs in the photos are clearly the best part, but Radcliffe’s stellar new undercut (and that high-waisted doggie belt) is a winner as well. Also, bonus points for the Twitter users who snapped shots of Radcliffe with the film’s writer and star Amy Schumer — giving us the Harry Potter/”Inside Amy” crossover we never knew we wanted — but negative points for the cigarette, Harry:

Radcliffe’s role in the film has not yet been announced, and it wasn’t even on his IMDB page until today, but it appears that his character’s life will somehow become entangled, literally, with Marisa Tomei’s:

Which… maybe isn’t a good thing? You’re sitting in Bryant Park with a bunch of adorable puppies on a gorgeous June day, guys, let’s turn those frowns upside down:

Apatow himself responded to the Radcliffe sightings on Twitter, but he wasn’t very forthcoming when it came to disclosing details:

Still, we know that Radcliffe will be in New York — starring in “The Cripple of Inishmaan” on Broadway — for quite some time, so here’s to hoping that amazing, dog-friendly cameos like this one keep popping up.
