To date, there’s been one rather sizeable hole in Katy Perry‘s plans for global domination: a lack of North American dates on her Prismatic world tour.
That all changed on Wednesday, when, after careful consultation with her fans, Perry unveiled a lengthy list of shows — 46 in all — that kicks off June 22 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Capital Cities, Kacey Musgraves and Tegan and Sara will join her at various points on the four-month trek, which will criss-cross the continent before coming to a close on October 10 in Houston.
Pre-sale tickets to all dates go on sale to Citi card members beginning on January 21 (for more information, visit CitiPrivatePass.com), and those with different credit cards will presumably get a chance to use them during a second pre-sale on January 23, via Perry’s Facebook page. General on-sale dates begin on January 27, with details being announced soon.
Late last year, Perry gave MTV News a sneak peek at what her fans can expect on the Prismatic tour, promising an experience that would be slightly toned down from her over-the-top California Dreams Tour, but would still make your eyes pop.
“It will be a feast for your eyes and for your Instagram,” she laughed.
