Was Taylor Swift kidnapped as a baby? Was she taken from her icy, pop music palace in Sweden and dropped down into America to create all the incredible songs about love and loss that she’s given us? Could it be that Taylor Swift and Avicii are… long lost siblings??
Well, these hypothetical questions might seem as crazy to you as they did to me a few short minutes ago before I saw this mash up of Taylor and Avicii that caused me to question my entire reality.
They are the literal same. Sorry but they are! Right down to eye color and lip size. Taylor is apparently feeling just as shell-shocked as I am because she captioned it as follows:
“Just saw this, then immediately called my parents and asked them point blank if they kidnapped me from Avicii’s family in Sweden when I was a baby. Of course they denied it. They would. #heyyyyybrother #WHOAMIACTUALLY.”
How much you wanna bet that #WHOAMIACTUALLY starts trending? And becomes a new meme! And the it’s going to get big on tumblr and then Taylor wears a shirt of it and continually perpetuates the cycle of us loving her forever?
Whoever you are Taylor, you have our hearts forever. And you know, a new song with a big drop from Avicii would be pretty awesome even if he isn’t your brother. We all loved it when you went dubstep on “I Knew You Were Trouble” so it might be a good call just saying.
