Jenelle Evans and boyfriend Nathan Griffith welcomed a son on Sunday, June 29, MTV News can confirm. The proud papa took to Twitter on Monday to share a snapshot of the newborn’s sweet feet:
The “Teen Mom 2” cast member’s brand-new boy, whose name is the German word for “emperor” (in case you didn’t know!), made his world debut at 1:57pm, weighing in at 7 pounds, 1 ounce. The little munchkin joins Jenelle’s son Jace and Nathan’s daughter Emery in the family fold. We’re sure his grandma Babs is already cooing “Kai-ZUHHHH” as we speak…
Jenelle had announced in December that she and her beau were expecting their first child together. The couple, who celebrated their one-year anniversary last month, recently revealed why they felt it was the right time to start their own family.
“Jace is getting older — he’s gonna be almost five — so, it’s like, I don’t want him to be so separated from his siblings,” Jenelle said in the “Teen Mom 2 Featured Moment” clip below.
And now that her divorce from Courtland Rogers is finalized (we’re still giddy over Babs’ brilliant response to the news), Jenelle’s days of being a Miss may soon be numbered (Nathan did hint as much! ). We certainly know where they can find a flower girl and two ring bearers…
