Lady Gaga is throwing a rave, and MTV’s giving you a VIP ticket.
On Friday, April 4, the pop superstar will take over MTV to give you a behind-the-scenes first look at artRave: The ARTPOP Ball World Tour.
Currently in the middle of a seven-night sold-out residency at Roseland Ballroom, Gaga will be joined by MTV News’ Sway Calloway to give fans unprecedented access including behind the scenes footage, view of dressing rooms, costume changes and more. Throughout the entire day, Lady Gaga will regularly break into programming on MTV, MTV Hits and Logo TV. Additionally, fans will be able to check out the exclusive content via her MTV Artist page, as well MTV and Logo’s various social channels.
This marks the latest in a long line of collaborations between MTV, Logo TV and Lady Gaga. Back in 2008, Gaga made her debut television performance on Logo TV’s NewNowNext Awards and has gone on to serve as the mastermind behind some of the most memorable VMA performances in recent memory, including a wig-tastic performance of “Applause,” a powerful and bloody rendition of “Paparazzi” and a gender-bending, adrenaline-fueled version of “You and I.” Now, Gaga will play a record-setting number of sold-out shows at New York City’s iconic Roseland Ballroom before it closes its doors forever. artRave: The ARTPOP Ball, meanwhile, kicks off in May.
