Lady Gaga has been forced to postpone two stops on her artRave: The ARTPOP Ball Tour — one in Seattle and another in Vancouver, British Columbia — after falling ill.
“I’m devastated I’m unable to perform this week. Ursula took my mermaid voice I’ve come down with horrible Bronchitis.” Gaga tweeted on Wednesday (May 28), just before she was scheduled to take the stage at Seattle’s Key Arena. “My deepest apologies to Seattle and Vancouver, we’ll reschedule those shows & be back to make it up to you. I <3 monsters. #sadgaga”
A statement on Gaga’s website cited “severe bronchitis” as the reason for postponing the Seattle and Vancouver stops. She’s still scheduled to take the stage on June 2 in San Diego, California. After wrapping up her Stateside stops with a show in Denver, Colorado, on August 6, she’ll take the trek overseas with performances in Prague, London, Tokyo, Amsterdam and more.
There’s no word on when she’ll reschedule the Seattle and Vancouver dates.
