A likely lifer at Happyland, Lucy’s mother Elena is perfectly content playing the part of Happyland’s resident royal, the forever-young Princess Adriana. Less like a single mom and more like Lucy’s best friend, the MILF-y Elena maintains her enchanted facade of secrets — namely, the mysterious identity of Lucy’s real father.
Camille starred in the Disney Channel original movie “Gotta Kick It Up!” and has had recurring roles on “Prison Break” and “The Vampire Diaries.”

In addition to “Happyland,” Bianca stars in ABC Family’s “The Fosters.” She’ll also be appearing in the nationwide horror flick “Ouija,” out October 24.
Ian Chandler, played by Shane Harper

Not your typical smokin’ hot rich guy, Ian has lived the good life as the son of Happyland’s owner and CEO but — despite his privileged status — chooses to mingle with the park peons. When his pop assigns him to play Happyland’s own Prince Charming, he doesn’t exactly jump at the chance to don a set of shoulder pads in the summer heat…until he meets Lucy.
Shane is an up-and-coming triple threat — he had dancing and acting roles on Disney Channel movies and TV series such as “High School Musical 2,” “Good Luck Charlie” and “Wizards of Waverly Place.” In addition to releasing an album on AMi Records, he played Sadie Saxton‘s ex-boyfriend Austin on “Awkward.”
Theodore Chandler, played by Ryan Rottman
Unlike his younger sibling Ian, Theodore embraces his senior-level role as his father’s “eyes and ears” of Happyland and will stop at nothing to shield his family’s golden reputation from scandal and bad publicity.
Ryan is best known for his role on TEENick’s “Gigantic,” along with several guest-starring appearances on “90210,” “Victorious” and “Greek.”
Harper Munroe, played by Katherine McNamara

Lucy’s best friend Harper has been dating park employee Will for two years, but when her parents get promoted to the park’s executive team, she struggles to maintain a balance between her old life and her new one among Happyland’s elite.
When she’s not attending glamorous NYFW shows, Katherine can be found singing, dancing and acting, having appeared in “New Year’s Eve” and Disney Channel original movie “Girl vs. Monster.”
Will Armstrong, played by Cameron Moulene

Content with his life in the Brick — Happyland’s low-income housing area — Will takes pride in his Happyland gig playing the park’s loveable mascot, Ricky Raccoon. A tough guy with a well-hidden penchant for romance, he suddenly finds himself torn between Harper and his longtime friend Lucy.
Born in Paris, Cameron has appeared on a variety of television series including FOX’s “Raising Hope” and ABC Family’s “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.”
