Miley Cyrus was forced to cancel her Bangerz stop in Kansas City, Missouri, on Tuesday (April 15) after she was hospitalized for a “severe” allergic reaction to antibiotics.
Miley was slated to perform at the city’s Sprint Center, but in a statement, the venue said the singer has been put on medical rest.
But worry not: Miley told her fans that doctors are “taking good care of me.” She also apologized to her Kansas City fans, saying she feels even “sh–tier” for pulling out of the show.
Miley first started feeling under the weather last week, when she had to pull out of a Charlotte, North Carolina, show because she was in “excruciating pain.” It was later revealed that she had the flu.
Miley is slated to perform in St. Louis on Wednesday, followed by a show in Nashville on Friday and Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday. There’s no word on whether those shows will be postponed or canceled, but everyone who bought a ticket to her Kansas City stop will get a full refund.
