MTV is about to be invaded by movie stars.
Before the 2014 MTV Movie Awards, MTV is throwing its first-ever MTV Movie Awards Takeover.
What does that mean? Well, basically, all of your favorite stars from the summer’s most anticipated movies will take over MTV for exclusive, full-day, on-air profiles in the week before the MTV Movie Awards on April 13.
From April 7 to April 11, stars like Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Pratt, Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, Dwayne Johnson, Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, Dave Franco, Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler will join correspondent Josh Horowitz to talk movies and their favorite MTV Movie Awards memories.
Even better, each night at 11 p.m. ET/PT, MTV will unveil exclusive teasers for new blockbusters, including “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” “22 Jump Street,” “Hercules,” “Neighbors” and “Blended.” You’ll even get an amazing first look at Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy,” because we know you can’t wait ’til August for that one.
Then, after watching a week of your favorite stars, you’ll be all set for the 2014 MTV Movie Awards with new host Conan O’Brien on Sunday, April 13.
So prepare for a total movie takeover of MTV. We couldn’t be more excited about it.
