You already know that the 2014 MTV Movie Awards are all about celebrating the best films, fights and smooches from the past year. But just like every year, the show later this month is also about what’s coming next.
On Sunday, April 13, you’ll get a never-before-seen look at “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” in an exclusive clip premiering during the 2014 MTV Movie Awards. Not only that, the stars of the film, Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Jamie Foxx will be there to introduce the scene from the wall crawler’s next adventure.
The clip will air during the live award show, which kicks off at 9 p.m. ET/PT, and it’s coming weeks before “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” hits theaters.
Garfield, Stone and Foxx join a huge group of celebrities that are already confirmed for appearances at the MTV Movie Awards. Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Dave Franco, Seth MacFarlane, Amanda Seyfried and Nicki Minaj will all be on-hand to help distribute the Golden Popcorns on the big night.
The 2014 MTV Movie Awards are set to be one of the biggest nights in the show’s history. On top of all of the stars acting as presenters, Channing Tatum and Mark Wahlberg will receive special popcorns of their own.
Wahlberg will accept the MTV Generation Award, while Tatum is taking home the MTV Trailblazer Award.
Needless to say, it’s going to be an absolutely huge night, filled with celebrities, surprises and looks at some of the biggest summer movies.
The 2014 MTV Movie Awards, hosted by Conan O’Brien, are happening Sunday, April 13 at 9 p.m. ET/PT live from Nokia Theatre L.A. Live.
