It’s happened to all of us: we’re a little behind on a TV show or haven’t made it to the theater to see the latest thriller yet, and someone innocently blurts out the ending. They’ve been dead the whole time! He’s really her brother! The little girl is actually an old woman!
That’s right, the dreaded spoiler.
If you’re not careful, it might even happen to you with the much-anticipated and twisty-turny David Fincher film “Gone Girl.” Though you’ve probably already read the bestselling Gillian Flynn novel of the same name, there’s a (slim) chance you haven’t yet, and don’t know what’s going to happen.
In the spirit of spoilers, MTV News hit the red carpet and asked the cast of “Gone Girl” — including Ben Affleck, Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry, Casey Wilson and more — and asked them about the worst time they had the ending of something spoiled for them. Check out the clip below.
