Chelsea, who turns the big 2-3 today, got a virtual card from Papa Randy in the form of a throwback portrait he tweeted, and it’s Friday’s hands-down winner of Cuteness. “It is somebody’s birthday today!” he wrote with the photo below. WHO NEEDS BALLOONS WITH THAT FLORAL TOP?!

Meanwhile on Twitter, “Faking It” star Gregg Sulkin pointed out that the show’s premiere is inching closer, but Jillian Rose Reed of “Awkward” got stuck en route to a beautiful vacation. And though “Teen Wolf” star Orny Adams joked about some summertime activities, it was all business for Maci Bookout of “Teen Mom.”
