The hype machine for Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” has long left the station, and its latest pit stop was Marvel’s “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”
In a never-before-seen special look at the blockbuster sequel, which aired during Tuesday (October 28) night’s episode of the series, titled “A Fractured House,” the heroes all try to lift Thor’s hammer, Mjölnir — while tossing back beers in Tony Stark’s penthouse — but to no avail.
Only Captain America is able to move the hammer slightly (the look on Thor’s face is priceless!) before the Asgardian easily lifts and flips it around before telling the group, “You’re all not worthy.”
“How could you be worthy?” Ultron asks the inebriated Avengers as he emerges in a somewhat mangled form. “You’re all puppets, tangled in strings. There are no strings on me.”

Director Joss Whedon previewed the exclusive scene earlier this year at San Diego Comic Con to give fan boys an earlier look at the indestructible absolutist known as Ultron.
“I know you’re ‘good’ people,” the metallic skull-faced robot continues in the sneak peek. “I know you mean well, but you just didn’t think it through. There is only one path to peace…your extermination.”
Fans, of course, immediately took to Twitter to offer up their thoughts on the latest footage.
The special look comes a week after the official “Avengers: Age Of Ultron” teaser trailer leaked. (Dammit, Hydra.) Check it out, below.
