Kourtney Kardashian may love being pregnant, but her feet don’t.
The reality star is expecting her third child with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, and despite her always-glamorous maternity style, there is one thing she had to give up this time around: her high heels.
“I cannot wear high heels this time,” Kourtney told MTV News. “I almost fell the other night in Vegas, like, three times. I mean, not really — I mean, I can’t hold my balance.
“I went to a wedding Saturday night, had heels on and I did pretty good. I look at myself the first time, and I ran all over town in high heels. Just, life was just different then.”
Her feet may also hurt because she’s running around caring for her two other children, 4-year-old Mason and 2-year-old Penelope, who we will see plenty of during this upcoming season of Kourtney’s new E! show, “Kourtney And Khloe Take The Hamptons.”
“I think I’m more tired this time having two other little ones at home,” Kourntey said of the biggest difference this third pregnancy has presented.
“And the sleeping situation is always interesting. Every night it’s different. Last night, I was in Mason’s room half the night, then I was in Penelope’s room half the night, just — I’m more tired. But, I am someone that loves to be pregnant. I usually have really easy pregnancies and feel really good. I do feel lucky.”
Little sister Khloe agrees that Kourtney has been pretty lucky in her pregnancies. In fact, she’s totally in awe of how she balances taking care of two kids and being seven months pregnant.

“Her pregnancies are so easy, and she is so beautiful pregnant,” Kourtney said.
“It’s really cool to see because I have a lot of friends that are pregnant and they hate it, so I like that she is so happy pregnant. But she has two kids, and Mason is such a boy who is constantly active. And ‘P’ is so needy, clingy on her — you would be exhausted not pregnant — so I don’t know how she does it.”
